Aviva con merchants
They took £980 off my credit card saying i had clicked auto renew on credit card last year. I never auto renew. Impossible to get them on phone so had a very very rude keyboard warrior telling me i had not read it correctly. I asked him to cancel my policy then he got ruder & told me he would charge me then started typing in caps. Churchill quoted 400 quid cheaper. Aviva are clearly scammers & con merchants. Disgusting.

Thank you for leaving a review and it's a shame to learn you didn't have a good experience. Auto renew is left on by default and you need to turn it off at quote acceptance stage.
