Yodel not only managed to lose my…

Yodel not only managed to lose my parcel and cost me the delivery charge and the price of the goods, but about 4 hours in wasted time that i`ll never get back. The customer service or should I say lack of is horrendous. I will NEVER use this company for anything ever again. When you try to claim they fob you off. When you go on live chat your put through to india eventually, I waited half hour twice only to be timed out then another hour when someone finally answered saying there is nothing they can do contact ebay... ridiculous. stay well away pay the extra quid on another delivery service.
