Incompetent timewasters

A few years ago, we lodged 4 cases with AirHelp. For each case, we received around 5 emails from them requesting all sorts of documents. Years later, we discovered that they were only wasting our time. For each of the 4 cases, we received emails telling that we had lost our right because the legal time limit for us to go to court had passed. Translation: AirHelp did not take any action and our rights expired.

Even more shocking, two of the cases were very easy wins. We were able to resolve them ourselves within a few weeks by simply sending a letter to the local aviation authority in our country without any assistance from lawyers. For these cases too AirHelp sent us an email years later to tell us that our right had expired because we (them) did not take action on time. Luckily, we had already resolved the problem ourselves without waiting for them. Had it been for AirHelp, we would have lost hundreds of euros.

Beware, these people pretend they offer a service but they actually don't do anything. I wonder where they get their money from if they betray their clients the way they do...

I find very difficult to believe all the good reviews these people got.

PS Message to AirHelp: A few days before posting this review, I sent you an email to share with you my concerns. You ignored it. So, I'm not so convinced that you are really interested to know what happened.

We're disappointed to hear about your experience with our service Vittoria. The airline rejected your claim and we had to wait for court's decision in a similar case. We try our best to get the airlines to settle, but in the end we have to follow the process of the law.
