just spent 57 minutes on the phone again, passed from pillar to post, nobody can help it seems, I finally get chloe from complaints who guess what? couldn't help, im supposed to be getting a call back tomorrow between 10-12, still no compensation that talktalk promised all the months I waited to be connected, this company lies, and I will be leaving at the first chance I get, if they carry on with this poor service they will have no customers, I advise anyone to pay that extra to a company for better customer service than this lieing lot, thank me later you've been warned.
been a customer since 2017, their customer service is shocking, live chat abysmal and case manager not worth a penny!! was told that I would be compensated at £6.10 a day for 206 days i was without full fibre, i was paying out of contract prices due to this but I waited patiently until they connected me, ordered in November finally installed in June, spoke to advisor on 13th June who told me they have calculated it up at £1256 and it will be with me within 30 days, and still nothing, ive gone round and round in circles with this so called company and I want to leave, please stay clear, the sooner they fold the better.

do not waste your money on these coats, I bought 2 for my boys, had to return one because the logo had completely peeled off after 4 months, then when it rains my boys get soaked, and I mean soaked, when they take the dripping wet coat off their clothes underneath are wet, not even good in light rain, and im sorry but for £200 I expect it to be waterproof like it says it is, honestly the worst coats I've ever bought and I will never repurchase no matter what the teenage fashion is! I also have all proof of purchases, returns and pics of logo.

ive been shopping with shein for a few years now and never had an issue until today, my parcel didn't arrive but customer services were excellent and sorted it, all my items have been great bargains, ive never had to return anything so I cant comment on that but I absolutely love shein.

ordered a camera for my daughters birthday from the online EE store, I ordered on 11/09/23, on the 13/09 I had no dispatch email and on the order the status it was still processing, I contacted customer services who replied saying the item had been delivered by UPS on 12/09 and showed me the delivery note, no photo, no signature. I then replied back saying this had not been delivered and that I have no mailbox so what to do now as I'm without a present costing £75 down, I got a reply saying I had to sort it out myself with the delivery company. I escalated this matter with EE who replied telling me that the final decision on this was that I was not getting a refund or replacement and that I had to chase up with UPS. I contacted CAB who told me that EE had broken their contract as my item was not delivered regardless of the delivery note, its their job to chase the missing parcel not mine, so I've now got to deal with the process of making formal complaints etc to get my money back, I will never ever use this company again, their CS is absolutely disgusting, I have searched the Internet and found very similar stories with other customers, I understand things go wrong, I understand things can go missing through no fault of retailer, but as a company your number one priority should be looking after your customers, and EE have failed in that department, even my emails from Gillian in escalations are very rude, I will never recommend this company.

my son who's 12 loves this brand like all kids do, this is the 2nd time now that the sizing is way off, ordered 14-15 yr jacket and its arrived and id say its more 8-10 years, so now I have to buy an xs mans jacket for a 12 Yr old, do you do this on purpose? I'm hoping he very soon moves on from this brand because there's better out there for the price and sizing. Also I again have to pay the cost of return, not happy. I'm going to look into this because as a consumer I'm sure we have rights under long distance selling to receive ALL money refunded as long as its within 14 days.

I have used claireabella a few times now and everything ive ordered has been great quality, on the beach towel I ordered the design was wrong and I got in touch and I have to say the customer service I received from Lucy and Konstantinos was fantastic, a new towel was re ordered, my jute bag for work is beautiful and my daughters bag for school is amazing and she's the envy of her friends, I cant recommend this company enough, truly brilliant from all my experiences, will be ordering some onesies for Christmas.

I have purchased blinds for my whole house, ordering was easy, delivery was very quick and all was good when we put them up, considering a blind company to measure supply and fit would cost over double for the blinds I wanted this company is the next best thing, ive ordered 4 times to do my whole house with no issues, my mum and friend have also used them now with no issues so all I can say from my experience is I highly recommend.

Best customer service ive come across in a very very long time. I'm fairly new to cosy but the wax melts i have ordered have all been fantastic, I have even decided to be V.I.P member for Christmas so they are obviously doing something right. Worst online experience ever ! Then I called customer services which was an experience on its own, foreign so could not understand each other and he was just repeating the same crap. Basically I did an order online at 5pm on Monday and paid £4.95 next day delivery which is my day off its now Wednesday and still not here and I've been told because I placed the order after 4pm next day doesn't count, so I said this service should not be offered you have basically took my money and can't fulfill, why is next day offered after 4pm so I wanted my £4.95 back to be told no. A huge company like matalan can't even give an unhappy customer a lousy fiver back, well I will never shop with these Monkees again !!
