I'm fairly new to cosy but the wax melts i have ordered have all been fantastic, I have even decided to be V.I.P member for Christmas so they are obviously doing something right. I also must add that their customer service is amazing, considering they're a small business I cannot fault them....I hope they never change as they grow because this is what makes them stand out and I absolutely love that about them
