Do NOT trust them with your money

I'm thankful it took so long to verify me so I couldn't use it and have worse problems.

Auto verification failed. The website states it will take 24-48 hours for manual verification.

After 1 month, multiple emails and 2 attempts at a form requesting to delete my account, which despite being multiple choice the response both times was "it's not clear what you want us to do". They finally VERIFIED my account.

Then filling out the form one last time and a final email reminding them they have 3 days remaining to delete it before it's forwarded to the ICO for GDPR breach they finally deleted it

The system doesn't work, the support is virtually non existent, do not trust them with your money or even ID.

Verification totally useless

To do anything requires automatic passport and selfie for verifcation. It simply does not work for me, ive tried 50+ times.

Support said I can upload documents instead. I uploaded them, was told they were approved and was now able to send £20 to my account to verify further.

After sending £20 it again asked me to verify with those broken automated method. Support now said manual verification is not possible. Despite it asking for the exact same documents they already approved three times and verified me in the first place.

So manual verification is okay if you want to send them money, but not if you want to do anything else, got it!

And its not my devices or lighting. I used a Pixel 7 countless times and then tried again with a Sony DSC-RX10M3 as a webcam. Still not good enough apparently.

I didnt want to write a bad review but…

I didnt want to write a bad review but in the end it was just one too many times of inaction. I want to stress that every email response was very quick and polite and eventually it did get resolved.

I understand the stock of the Lowa shoes is really bad at the moment which is out of your hands and im not putting the blame of that on UniformStores. Although it would have been nice to keep customers informed about that rather than just changing the "Delivered by [Month]" every month unless they emailed first.

Disregarding the stock issues, it took almost 2 months from when I requested a refund to actually receiving it, and only because I got into further contact.

11 Apr - Preordered for April delivery
28 Apr - Me: Emailed asking about stock since theres no way they will be delivered now
04 May - Me: No reply so emailed again.
04 May - UniformStores: Replied about stock coming slowly, was very polite and informative.
27 Jul - Me: Requested a refund since it seems they will never be in stock. Will order them again when they are.
28 Jul - UniformStores: Sorry to disappoint and explaining stock issue again.
14 Aug - Me: Nothing changed regarding refund, so emailed again asking about status of the order.
15 Aug - UniformStores: "From my records you have requested a refund. Is that still what you wish?"
16 Aug - Me: Yes
17 Aug - UniformStores: Not a problem, that will be refunded in 5-7 days.
18 Sep - Me: Is it possible to confirm this refund was processed? I still didnt see anything on my side
18 Sep - UniformStores: Let me check for you today.
20 Sep - Received refund

Im not sure the refund was even started until asking about it again on the 18th Sep as the order status remained at "Refund requested" up until that point. After I actually received it, checking again the status was "Refunded". If that was a problem on my card issuer side, wouldnt the status on UniformStore already be refund complete? And strange that it finally came 2 days after emailing about it again.

Regardless of that being correct or not, I requested a refund on the 27th Jul, acknowledged on the 28th Jul and ignored until the 17th Aug after contacting again.

Again, the responses were quick and polite which is rare these days. But at the end of the day I paid money to buy a product and receive it on time or at least receive a quick refund, not to have a conversation.

Please save your sanity and avoid…

Please save your sanity and avoid Currys. If you have a problem (likely) they have zero support.

Bought a Pixel 7 in November giving a £100 voucher 30 days after the promotion ends, the voucher should have arrived at the end of December.

Not only did it not arrive, looking online neither did anyone else's. They have provided zero communication as to why or when it will arrive.

Their support continues to go round in circles saying "I'm sorry, we will look into this" and then asking for you details again, over and over. Nothing more for over a week.

They have had almost two months to prepare for this and nearly two weeks to simply email a voucher code. But instead they do absolutely nothing.

I can only assume they are scamming by delaying on purpose until the end of the sales to give the vouchers. Or it's a total scam and they will never arrive.

Now watch as they reply to this review with "Please send us your information so we can help you". Something I have done 5 times in over a week already which amounted to nothing more than being told they are sorry.

Edit, responding to their reply: The original promotion was 30 days not 45. It's easily searchable if you Google "Currys £100 voucher" and see all the complaints. This is more evidence how they will fob you off and lie at any opportunity.

Themoroccanden.com is a scam

Themoroccanden.com is a scam. Partner tried to purchase something from here over a year ago and they never delivered anything, contact does not work, emails never replied to. Tried multiple email addresses even to ask a normal query to see if they were just ignoring emails from victims, but they dont reply to ANY emails.

Its a WordPress with the WooCommerce plugin, a few pictures of other peoples products and nothing more. They just wait and collect peoples money who try to purchase something.

Owe me money for over 2 months...

Over 2 and half months ago my account was supposed to be closed and still isn't despite being told many times it will be. Instead you took another DD payment and have owed me around £100 for 2 months.

Getting emails for late payment fees now I cancelled the DD, are you going to be paying me them for this length of time you are holding my money and time I have spent dealing with this? Thought not.

How are you closing accounts, waiting for a scroll in a bottle floating down the Humber that lists the accounts to close? How does it take this long...

In all honesty the customer support staff seem nice enough but what good is responding nicely that everything will be done, when nothing is actually done in months.

Addition: Please don't bother with apologies and trying to contact me unless you are immediately giving me my money and/or compensation. I've had 5 "sorry, it will be cancelled and you will receive a letter to claim your refund soon" messages before I don't need another.
