Dear KCOM Customer Service,
I am writing to express my continued frustration regarding my attempt to settle my outstanding balance and leave KCOM. Despite previous emails affirming my intention to pay and close my account, I have received another notification stating my bill is ready—yet the link provided directs me to an account page with no visible option to view or pay the bill.
This ongoing issue is unacceptable and unnecessarily complicated. I am requesting, once again, that you:
1. Email me a copy of my final bill showing the outstanding balance.
2. Provide clear instructions on how I can make payment without accessing the online portal.
Please treat this matter with urgency. I am simply trying to resolve my account and move on, but your current process is making that impossible.

The whole process was easy and smooth. All the way from the original order through to installation. The engineers were polite and very tidy. They all made sure everything was working and that i was happy before they left.

A tree fell onto the line after strong winds so caused a lot of damage. The engineers came quickly, were very polite and worked all afternoon until fixed.

Kcom have 'upgraded' their webmail and how it's viewed, wow just look at it, impossible to utilise on a mobile phone. It might be more secure and it might be okay on a laptop or tablet but the mobile phone view is so mobile unfriendly to make it completely useless. I can't believe that any developers, focus group potential users or test/ trial could have given this the okay. Kcom please look at the new webmail and how it appears on a mobile phone, it's a downgrade and truly awful. Kcom senior management please look at this don't just say nothing can be done. Please kcom Wayne just open up the new webmail on a mobile phone and look. It's not mobile friendly,I can't be more explicit.
