Owe me money for over 2 months...

Over 2 and half months ago my account was supposed to be closed and still isn't despite being told many times it will be. Instead you took another DD payment and have owed me around £100 for 2 months.

Getting emails for late payment fees now I cancelled the DD, are you going to be paying me them for this length of time you are holding my money and time I have spent dealing with this? Thought not.

How are you closing accounts, waiting for a scroll in a bottle floating down the Humber that lists the accounts to close? How does it take this long...

In all honesty the customer support staff seem nice enough but what good is responding nicely that everything will be done, when nothing is actually done in months.

Addition: Please don't bother with apologies and trying to contact me unless you are immediately giving me my money and/or compensation. I've had 5 "sorry, it will be cancelled and you will receive a letter to claim your refund soon" messages before I don't need another.
