Absolute scumbag store.
I've saved up an insane amount of points to use when their club rewards opened again.

Just before the shop opened they have removed 65000 points from my account.
Now I have just 6000.
Was unable to get anything worthwhile.

Terrible store.

Terrible store.
They send damaged Funko every single time.

With my recent order I purchased x6 Funko and x4 were packed damaged.
Three with scratched windows, one with water damage.

The shipping box was okay, so these were packed damaged.

They hardly ship anything.
Zavvi always cancel orders and are never able to fulfil stock.
They restocked yesterday, now had an email saying it was only for a select group of customers.

Cannot stand this company.
Never gotten any good pulls from buying boxes. Yet streamers on Facebook seem to get all the hits.
Topps clearly sends the top hits to their favourite streamers.
Dodgy scamming brand.

Have cancelled every order I've ever placed then said it was due to glitches or "transmission errors"

Then they continue to restock the same items cancelled on their website.
Staff just backdoor for friends and family.

With my recent purchase they have refunded the order but not the £35 shipping charge.

***Just to add - They held back an insane amount of stock for Christmas. So the cancels were not necessary.***

Avoid this store like the plague.

They sell tampered and resealed trading card boxes.

I purchased x10 booster boxes of Dragon Ball Fusion World FB01.

I have opened x4 so far and every box has been tampered with and resealed, all the hit cards have been stolen.

I contacted their support to be called a liar and they are not willing to accept the rest of the boxes back to check if they have been tampered.

Worst store around.
