I ordered trousers from Santa Cruz on 28 November (Order no 16000105434) but they are yet to turn up (after DPD send them back to Santa Cruz without attempting to deliver them to me). I have lost count on the times I have tried to email Santa Cruz to get more information on my order, but I have not had any replies and there isn't a phone number where I can reach them. I have little hope of receiving the trousers and I don't think I will get my money back either.

My daughter ordered clothes last month
My daughter ordered clothes last month, Couriers said they attempted delivery but didnt and returned back to santa cruz. Been unable to contact them, emails don't get answered. Presently £92 out of pocket and no sign of receiving the goods or a refund. Order number 16000102398

Would not recommend to buy t-shirts…
Would not recommend to buy t-shirts from them. They change the form of the t-shirt all the time. So just did a buy of 5 t-shirt all in large same brand 3 different fits. And it does not say online. Really not okey.
Very bad customer service also.
