Very pushy sales staff who just care about making money. They don't care about their customers. Very rude and toxic people to deal with. I won't be buying from the again. They can keep their stupid products to themselves. And play pony and cracker together.

Unresponsive and unfulfilling

I preordered a figure from Popcultcha since it was a hard to find exclusive here in the US. I ordered in July, release date was slated for July. As of writing this it is now October and I haven’t had any updates on my order. I sent a message to them asking if there are any ETA’s for my order two weeks ago with no response.

Non Responsive Customer Service

I purchased 2 figures from the same series and when the order shipped, I checked the invoice and it only showed 1 figure. I tried to use their online chat facility but no one got back to me. I then sent an email to the email address provided. The next day I got a second shipping confirmation for the other figure so I’m going to assume they stuffed up and didn’t check the order the first time round. I never got a response to my email either so I’ll never know. The lack of transparency is a real concern and I don’t think I will purchase from them again.

Awesome company

I’ve been using Popcultcha for over a year now. Great products that are hard to find in the UK.

Arrives quickly, usually 10 days, with a tracking service that works well, and very well packaged.

I’ve never needed to use their customer service, so can’t comment on that

This is a completely unreliable business…

This is a completely unreliable business for US customers. I placed an order and the delivery was apparently attempted but I was not available, even though I work from home. I was not provided any notice of attempted delivery. After 8 days of radio silence I contacted poopcultca. They told me the delivery was "unsuccessful" and the package was returned to sender. Needless to say they appear fraudulent in terms of international purchases.

I’m going to be honest, after reading the reviews, As a first time customer I was cautious about making a purchase from Popcultcha, but I needn’t of been what a fantastic company to deal with with! at time of purchase they were half the price of any other retailer, once purchased I was emailed the tracking number ( which was also updated by Popcultcha) item arrived in no time to the UK & was very well packed ( by a human not a robot😆)

Fantastic Experience for Years

I've made multiple purchases from Taiwan over the years and have always experienced excellent service. This is my go to place for rare sold out collectibles at fantastic prices. Shipping prices are extremely good and they pack and ship out orders professionally. Highly recommend and will continue to support.

Seamless Process

I pre-ordered a Funko from Pop Cultcha and I was notified when the product was shipped, and again when it landed in Canada and again when it was delivered. The product arrived in great condition and ended up being $9 cheaper than a store near me had it priced at - despite the shipping cost!

Refunds are store credit only

Pre-orders can only be refunded with store credit, that’s crazy… I’ve been using popcultcha for years and I had no idea, this is a terrible way to do business. Even other websites with awful reputations let you have a full refund for pre-orders that haven’t been shipped yet…

Advertising misleading prices.

Check the cost of a nerf gun for my son and it was advertised all over the net for $25.85. However, when I click through it will only sell to me for the full price of $39.99. When I contacted customer service he told me that “whatever is on their website is the correct price”. Told the guy that (by law) he can’t advertise at a cheaper price as it’s misleading. He then tried to tell me it was a USD price but it wasn’t. He then told me to submit a report to ACL and that he’s not going to help me anymore and I have to be happy with that outcome. Definitely wouldn’t purchase through them based on this level of customer service. They are running ads through Google at cheaper prices but won’t honour them at checkout. Super dodgy.

Misleading and poor customer service/Breach of personal privacy

Everything is OK until something bad happens, no support, no help.

This is part of the report I filled with the ACCC:

1. Misleading and Poor Customer Service
I placed an order with the company, and the experience has been frustrating and inconsistent:

The company sent me the wrong item, then told me I could keep it.

Later, they reversed their position, saying I must return it or they would withhold my actual order (valued at only $33).

I received conflicting information from customer service over the phone on multiple occasions.

The overall handling of the issue has been extremely poor and unclear.

2. Breach of Personal Privacy
My full personal information (name, address, email, and phone number) was sent to another customer in a parcel.

This individual then contacted me directly via email after receiving my details.

This is a serious privacy breach and raises concerns about how the business is handling customer data.

Also in the end there's no real interest in keeping the costumer happy. They just dont care. After a chain of mistakes they still behave the same way. No discount offered, no extra voucher. nothing at all.

Never again, I'm out.

I made 2 orders with this company…

I made 2 orders with this company paying for 2 different types of shipping. I made sure both orders were under the uk customs charge only for the company to combine my orders and now I’ve been hit with a very high custom charge, which makes buying from them more expensive than buying in the uk! Emailed them to ask if they can send separate like I paid for, they never responded and sent my order anyway.
