Funny Website

Why is the store so different from Japan & US? Like the shop looks limited to videogames and the UI was made for 6yo kids to navigate, all the while asking 70€ for an unfinished base game 😂 no wonder the Japan counterpart doesn't want you, you guys are carrying the company around like a joke even when customers tell you what they want to your face

Disgusting Bandai partnered with com2us…

Disgusting Bandai partnered with com2us for a collaboration event for Tekken 8. A known cheating corporation like com2us, who are being accused of rigging their own games this year, have been accused of feeding influencer SeanB light darks to increase engagement. Now, at the end of the collaboration event, it was obvious the top 3 scoring players were cheating and using macros to achieve scores impossible to achieve otherwise. lol the top 3 players consistently had 2-5 million points, and the rest of the 28 million players averaged under 250k. There are skills gaps and then obvious blatant cheating. How pathetic a once great company like Bandai collaborated with a predatory company like com2us. I doubt I’ll ever purchase anything related to Bandai ever again since they get in bed with trash. I truly hope someone sues com2us soon, and y’all get dragged through the mud with them.

I'm struggling to understand this company

No Baten Kaitos dub for the remaster. We never got 2 in Europe which is doubly worse. I'm struggling find a Once Upon a Katamari physical preorder for the UK anywhere. Does this company even care anymore? - I now don't. No Tales games preorders in future for me. Don't moan when your games don't sell if you release a gimped version or better yet not at all!

Absolute scumbag store.

Absolute scumbag store.
I've saved up an insane amount of points to use when their club rewards opened again.

Just before the shop opened they have removed 65000 points from my account.
Now I have just 6000.
Was unable to get anything worthwhile.

Distribution of LPS G7 wave 3 in the EU

Bandai Namco completely neglected the Belgian littlest pet shop market! They already gave our neighbouring countries very limited stock of g7 wave 3 and then without warning they decide it would be fun for them to skip wave 3 in Belgium and go straight to wave 4 as well as make wave 3 very inaccessible and very expensive on the internet for Belgians (and Europeans in general)!
Their customer support is also useless, I had to contact basic fun instead and they even gave me incorrect info!
Basic fun should NEVER have chosen Bandai Namco as the distributor for littlest pet shop in Europe!

They are so useless

They are so useless, because I asked them why is my dokkan battle account was banned but the support sent me an email they said: the account in question had records of activities that breached our Terms of Service and what does it mean if you may ask nothing. They didn't said what I did wrong then I asked them when they gonna unban my account they didn't said anything and it's sucks. They are so lazy they need at least 3-6 days to respond and don't give any good answer and that's annoying.

Support team were useless

Big fan of their games, but the support team were useless. I was missing a limited edition item from a vinyl order, and they made me unseal the record (ruining its value) to “prove” it was missing. After weeks of delays, they admitted the mistake and offered a measly 1,000 Club! points – which turned out to be worth pennies. When I asked for a fairer resolution, they refused, saying the case was closed.

Bandai cancelled my pre-order again and again

The Bandai store and support is a joke, pre-order collectors edition game to find out later that they cancel it. Then trying again, cancelled again. Contacting support, told that it's happening automatically try different payment method. Product out of stock. When product went back in stock I try again using different payment method, on my end payment pending, later cancelled AGAIN. Trying support again, they don't want to help, they say it's happening automatically and end of conversation.
BANDAI STORE IS A JOKE, NEVER USING IT AGAIN

Worst costumer support

Worst costumer support i had to deal with. Absolute imcompetend employees with nonsense answers. It almost feels like a scam ordering from this shop. I will never order something again. I really hope Fromsoft cooperates with someone else.

Pre-order Collectors Edition Nightreign and the first day you could. Now on release day my order is nto even shipped...
What a horrible experience. They choose to send physical codes to customers who chose to pay more for their products, and send digital codes to those who pay the standard, it does not make sense.

I will never order from their website again.

Never fails to be an utterly terrible experience

I've had the misfortune of ordering through the Bandai Namco EU store several times, and every time has been a nightmare.

1) preordered items will not arrive on time. Ever. You will miss the launch date of whatever you've ordered, and you won't be compensated for it.

2) customer service don't care at all, even if the store has made some kind of obvious mistake. You'll just get copy paste responses.

3) I've been charged more than once because of their shocking website, but didn't find out till months later when they decided to take payment for a (double charged) very expensive item that sent me into my overdraft. Thanks guys, great work.

4) their website goes down every single time they release something new. I don't understand how a massive games publisher's website can only seemingly handle about 5 visitors at a time.

I would gladly never use the Bandai Namco Store again due to their consistently shocking customer experience, but sadly they stock exclusive items that can't be bought elsewhere. If you do have the option of using an alternative store, definitely never ever buy from Bandai Namco. I would give negative stars if I could.

Support does not care

Support does not care and will respond at their leisure, regardless of what they put you through or how much of your time they waste. I recommend that no one buy anything from them as if anything goes wrong they could care less.

An absolutely awful experience and never will use again.

Honestly, this store is a joke. They are very unhelpful, really rude and overall just a terrible experience.

I had a package be stopped at customs. I reached out to the Bandai support team and they did absolutely nothing, just saying it was all on me to solve, gave me no help whatsoever, didn't even bother to tell me this was the case, I had to reach out to them to find out my package was at customs.

It's a shame as the items they are selling are really cool, but it really isn't worth the hassle of doing any of this. They really should improve this. An absolutely awful experience and never will use again.

I've been disputing an order with…

I've been disputing an order with Bandai Namco for months. My limited edition Malenia arm arrived broken and they agreed to part refund me £150 which was fine. THEN, I was charged for the order a second time. I've sent them evidence and they agreed to refund me the additional charge. Kept waiting for it and it never arrived. And now after contacting them back theyve decided not to refund me at all, despite providing numerous statements/screenshots of the transaction and them previously promising to refund me and deeming this was neccesary after an "extensive investigation". I wouldn't reccomend them to anyone and I'm only now just seeing lots of people talking about similar experiences in reddit threads. Absolutely shocking customer service.

There is no bugs

I played an entire hour for a quest but the quest stayed at 0, I reported a bug and the devs said that there is no bug. I didn't receive any compensation for the lost of time. Avoid their games, it's not worth the price except if you have a lot of time to loose for nothing

This company is pathetic

This company is pathetic, waited for two orders to dispatch with communication. After I messaged they cancelled my orders with and still haven't refunded my points. Avoid this company at all cost

Poor customer service, overcharging of VAT, poor prices

Ordered Elden Ring SOTE Special Edition, and had to pay VAT for the order seperately before I could recieve it. The game was discounted 40%, but they had declared the VAT to pay based on the full amount - so I had to overpay an extra ~£35 more than I should have. I have imported hundreds of item, and paid VAT on at least several dozens, and this is the first time a website has overtaxed me like this. Brought this up with customer services, didn't recieve replies in 48 hours like their website states - some replies took a MONTH to get back to me. This is one of the worst customer service response times I have seen. For shame. After a long time talking to them, they said this is just how they do it, nothing can be done. Great. They just stopped responding to me messages after a while. Just order from ShopTo or somewhere else. What a joke.

Pre-ordered the ranni figarts mini figure . Arrived when it supposed to and was given clear emails about when I would be charged for the preorder.

Shipping from an EU location was more expensive than things I've ordered from Japan or the USA

Zero Star Don't Buy from them

The worst experience I have ever had ordered a Elden ring SOET collector edition they didn't mention the TAX/VAT that was charged upon payment and I ended up paying £20 more to the customer duty as they didn't declare the Tax/Vat which was already paid.
Contact Them several times they came back to me weeks late I explained the situation and then contacted me a month later now I have been awaiting a response from them since AUG.
How can you Treat your customer like this at this point I am not surprised more than 90% of reviews are 1-Star and they do not even bother to reply back to them
