Dreadful customer service. Have no interest in helping me even though on three occasions I have bought packets which contain fewer cards than advertised / incorrect cards.

You charge 100$ for topps chrome in Canada with no guarantee of any hit of any kind. It is some serious bullshido . I personally want you to boycott these scamming turds until they can come clean

Topps ran an absolute scam at The National this year.

They allow dealers to sell Hobby Boxes well over retail to the general public, heavily promoting the Silver Pack giveaway as the incentive. But here’s the catch: they handed out most—if not all—of the Silver Packs before the show even opened to the public. Dealers were lined up early and walked away with them before a single kid got in the door.

My 14-year-old spent a month mowing lawns just to attend. We paid a premium for a Topps box—specifically to get a Silver Pack—and were turned away Thursday by 11 a.m., and again Saturday before 10 a.m. Topps had no interest in making it right. They knew what they were doing.

This wasn’t poor planning. It was manipulative marketing that took advantage of kids and collectors. Shame on Topps and Fanatics for turning one of the biggest shows of the year into a money grab at fans’ expense.

My grandson’s 1st experience in earning money to buy something he really wanted was marred by deliberate misrepresentation by Topps of their product. In a $60 box of 80 cards labeled “Signature Cards” there wasn’t a single signature card. There is no disclaimer stating that there is no guarantee of even 1 signature card. Only after having our claim rejected did they state there is no guarantee. What does the label “Signature Cards” imply? It couldn’t be more misleading.

I bought a box of topps chrome UFC 2025 from Giant Sports Cards. My second autograph was damaged and I submitted a defect card request twice and they denied my request both times because of an invalid proof of purchase. I even talked with customer service twice and the first guys name was Tyler and he said my proof of purchase was fine so I resubmitted it and they still denied it. So then I talked with another guy named KC and he was not helpful at all and didn’t listen to my problem and said I would receive a survey after our chat and then ended the chat. Needless to say I will never be ordering from Topps or buying another Topps product again.

Ordered 1 card for $8.99 and accidentally ordered 5 of another from Topps instead of just the one for 8.99. I called and talked with a representative when I noticed the issue. I did this within a couple of hours of ordering, and they said it was outside the return window? WTH

Do not support this company, I had a package not get delivered at my address, got shipped back to them, and now they won’t send it to me. It was $800 worth of cards. They said if you don’t claim the package in 30 days you loose it. Horrendous

Ordered 10 of the Cam Wards rookie card now. Took for ever to get them . When they finally came all ten of the cards were the same all in a clear box . Come on topps they should have all been individually wrapped. What a joke will never by topps again!!!!

Cannot stand this company.
Never gotten any good pulls from buying boxes. Yet streamers on Facebook seem to get all the hits.
Topps clearly sends the top hits to their favourite streamers.

Topps high prices doesn't equal their products. Cosmic is pathetic, but not as bad as their chrome black. You have to Google the players. Only people that no them must be family members

Sold Out Of Topps Celebration Mega Box Baseball in 5 minutes and Up For Resale For Almost Double. I Believe Topps Doesn't Care For Us Collectors , They Shouldn't Allow Anyone Who owns A Hobby Shop First Crack At A Product. It Should Be For Non Hobby Store Owners For The First Hour At Least. I Hope The Cards Suck And The Set Bottoms Out In The Price Guide. FIXED PRICING. BEWARE. DO NOT TRUST. I Say This Because I Only Wanted 1 Box And It Was In My Cart. Answered My Door And 1 Minute Later It Was Sold Out. Thanks For Absolutely Nothing.

I tried to buy a box for my son and the website was not working. They even had a message stating they were aware of the issue. Then somehow it was working again but the product was sold out! All they can do is say "sorry"

Bought two blaster boxes of the 2024 Topps chrome football. Two packs of cards only had 3 cards in them. It's great buying a product to only be screwed out on the number of cards in the box.

I am Australian based and knew ordering from overseas might take sometime.
I ordered cards from the US website in July, and have not received anything in the mail. Customer support is non existent as it takes weeks to receive any type of response. (Just for comparison i have bought from the Topps UK and F1 store - and never had an issue. This is just the US store. My last email was sent on the 4th Jan 2025, and I have still not gotten any reply, I did want to have some faith in buying form this store but cannot in good faith and warn other people ordering from overseas to their US store, that you are better off not ordering anything or ordering from the UK store who are mariginally better.

Cards arrived early and great quality

The people at Topps don't care one bit about their customers. No doubt they know where the cards are going and they favor people with online channels who push their products. Hope to one day be a part of a class action lawsuit against them.

A scam company. Stole people's money and cards. Do not support these filthy money hungry scammers.
