I have used APH for years via Tesco and have been very pleased with them but as my holiday in May has been cancelled by my tour operator I went to cancel my parking. Site is up but when you try and cancel (as my terms and conditions allow me to do) it says they are closed until further notice. I will be contacting Tesco who can hopefully charge back and refund my vouchers. they could have easily manned the website from home- Poor showing.

I have used Travel republic for attraction tickets for some time and found a good deal with them for Dubai In October 2018. The trip was excellent and well organised. I was so impressed that I booked a 3 week Florida trip with them for January/ February. (See my Trip advisor review Tuscana Resort Florida). Once again I was very impressed with the efficiency of the booking process and Issue of documents. All aspects of the trip bar one went according to plan. The exception was confusion about the resort fees (of which they made me fully aware before booking). I rang Travel Republic from my resort, they answered immediately and dealt with the matter as best they could whilst I was in resort and on returning without hesitation took responsibility and refunded me the money I had been charged by the Resort. Thinks can go wrong with Holidays but I think the measure of a good company is how they deal with the matter and Travel republic could not be faulted in this case. I will use them again without doubt.

I bought a Leather Suite from SCS in December 2016 and after 18 months the top surface of the leather began to peel. I contacted customer services and they were excellent. The sent an engineer to look at the problem and after being unable to source brand new covers told me to choose a new suite which I have. Throughout the whole process they kept me informed of the current progress, Engineers turned up on time and were very professional. With anything thinks can go wrong but it is the measure of a company how they deal with it and in my case SCS could not be faulted. I will have no hesitation in purchasing from them again.

Booked Drive Fly via APH with my Tesco points. I use parking sites quite a lot and this parking facility was just as efficient as any of the others have used. I parked in a gravel car park and the bus was ready and waiting to take me to terminal 3 Heathrow. On my return Journey I rang after collecting my bags and the minibus was at stop 22 within 10 mins. I think the cost of this facility is cheaper than the others as it seems a new operation and the cars are on a gravel storage site rather than tarmac (which is perfectly acceptable to me). So if you are happy to have your car stored on an enclosed site with a gravel surface this company is fine.

I tried to apply for a £6.00 sim only today and was declined on their credit check on line and also when I rang. I have never had a refusal in my life . I was referred to Experian so checked Experian and Noddle both show maximum score so the problem is with Plusnet. Warning applying for credit many times even for small items counts on your score so my advice is don't apply for one of these as even an incorrect refusal could have an impact on your score just go elsewhere.

I changed to 247 Home rescue when my introductory offer finished with another company. My boiler is old but I gave full details and they confirmed they would still cover it for a £95.00 excess. When my boiler broke down I paid the £95.00 and an engineer called out, stayed about 5mins and said he needed approval I then had a call from the company and said the boiler was beyond economic repair gave a lot of bull about the manufacturer assistance and said the wanted another £350.00. I didn't pay and called an independent engineer who fixed the dry fan bearing for £55.00. IN SUMMARY IF YOU HAVE AN OLD BOILER THEY MOST LIKELY WON'T COVER IT WHEN IT BREAKS DOWN UNLESS IT IS A MINOR FAULT.
