First class customer service
I bought a Leather Suite from SCS in December 2016 and after 18 months the top surface of the leather began to peel. I contacted customer services and they were excellent. The sent an engineer to look at the problem and after being unable to source brand new covers told me to choose a new suite which I have. Throughout the whole process they kept me informed of the current progress, Engineers turned up on time and were very professional. With anything thinks can go wrong but it is the measure of a company how they deal with it and in my case SCS could not be faulted. I will have no hesitation in purchasing from them again.
