Absolute disgrace called 30 times to be told they were very busy and would have to wait over an hour for the car as they were very busy. Said that was not good enough and threaded to call the police if I kept calling. Avoid at all costs. Deserve 0 stars. Should not be allowed to run a business. Will be reporting to trading standards
Dreadful disservice
The meet and greet service was average, 3 phone calls to hand over the keys. The return was atrocious. Text at 00:20, called 52 times, got the car back at 02:12. Were told we hadn’t been waiting that long when we had evidence to the contrary. Found girls lipstick in the car when we collected, was certainly not ours. Do not trust. Do not deserve 1*.

Waited 90 mins for someone to answer the phone on our return to Gatwick on New Years Eve.
Was then faced with a dozen families also waiting for their car or some form of contact.
Then waited another hour for the car to arrive.
Do not use these people. Terrible service.

I had to wait 25min for the driver to drop off my car. The driver arrived 50min after the agreed pick up time. Absolutely shocking reliability record and customer service.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
So my experience is from June-July 2017. I left my car with Drive Fly at Heathrow Airport (don't usually fly from here). Prior to leaving, the guy at Drive Fly examined my car with me (inside and out) and we agreed any marks (none) seen on the car on the documentation which we both signed. On arrival back, I waited about 25 minutes until somebody arrived with my car. I examined it before leaving and found damage to the back and bumper. I raised this with the guy who said the correct pathway is to email this particular email address on arrival home. I documented on the paperwork where the damage was, took a photo of my car and the guy prior to leaving the car park. On arrival home, I made several attempts to email, phone, each time the phone was either disconnected mid call, was not answered or they said they would get somebody to call me back or my emails were not answered. Eventually I was able to communicate with somebody at 'head office' and reported the incident with my car, the outcome was that Drive Fly were not responsible and 'how could my car be checked properly at night in the car park on arrival back!!'. The car park was well lit and not dark. It took me several months but I persisted with them. They insisted on taking no responsibility so I had to get Trading Standards involved. They were brilliant. I drafted a letter on their advice with particular information in it. Eventually Drive Fly admitted liability but would only repair my car if I took it to a garage near Heathrow (which is about 90 miles from my home). I obvious did not accept this. I suggested they either pay my mileage there and back and for a hotel for however long the repair took OR they could send a loader to collect my car and return and provide me with a courtesy car in the meantime OR I could get a quote locally and they could pay for the repair. Initially they wanted to collect the car but not return it, not offer any recompense for whilst I would be without my car. Again I obviously declined this and eventually they agreed to pay for the full amount of the repair but I insisted they pay it to the repairing garage prior to the work being carried out. My car was eventually repaired but it took 4 months of stress to sort this out. I would never ever use them again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Avoid avoid avoid left out car with ghost code on return car was not there , they said we hair not left ghost code which we did . How would they have even took the car to another location without the ghost code if we never left. Once we gave them ghost code again once landed took them 2 more hours to get the car to us. Very unprofessional and no care given by employees when speaking to them . Avoid this company
Avoid at all costs
I left my car with Blue Circle at Birmingham whilst we holidayed in Cyprus and to be honest I had no problem with the drop off or pick up. The guys were very courteous and helpful. What I did have a problem with was the fact that somebody altered my satnav settings such that motorways were to be avoided.
I should explain that I live in Shrewsbury and normally fly from Manchester but since Birmingham airport is a similar distance away and motorway all the way I thought I'd try it. Since I'd never used the airport or parking before I programmed the relevant details into the satnav and arrived on time with no problems.
On our return, I programmed our home address into the satnav and expected to be taken via the M42, M6 and M54 but instead it started taking us into Birmingham city centre, which I struggled to understand so I cancelled the route and re-programmed it but again it continued taking us into the city centre.
It was only after about fifteen minutes when it was about 1am in the morning and we were in deepest darkest Birmingham that I suddenly twigged that somebody had changed the settings on the satnav so I stopped the car, checked the settings and found that somebody had removed motorways as a route option.
As a consequence I've been hit with an £8 surcharge because Birmingham is now a clean air city, plus I went through a gazillion speed cameras and have no idea if I triggered one, so another potential fine to look forward to in the next couple of weeks.
For anybody who might think I inadvertently changed the setting, it needs to be pointed out I've had the car and satnav a number of years and never experienced a problem with the satnav and since removing motorways as a route option in the settings has to have been a deliberate action by somebody I can only assume it was done by some clown who worked for Blue Circle whilst the car was in their hands because it certainly wasn't done by me.

Awful. On drop off all seemed great. On pick up we came back no one answered the number they advise to call but the car was waiting anyway. Now near in mind it was dark when we arrived home. I noticed that the exterior of the car was covered in mud, And the drivers footwell also. The next day in daylight I also noticed a scratch on the interior door panel by where the windows are operated. So I contacted them and they have denied any responsibility what so ever for the damage. They said I should have checked it over when I picked up up. Awful service and won’t be using again and I suggest you don’t either
Blue Circle - Parked in a field?
On collecting our luggage at Heathrow we called the numbers on the card given to us at drop off a week earlier. Eventually someone answered and seemed surprised we were calling him in Birmingham. Wrong numbers on the card. Fortunately we had the number we called on arrival and got the response that the car was waiting. The car was absolutely filthy, covered in mud inside and out. It was only six days old when we left it and it looked like it had been left in a field. Subsequently I checked the tracking data and the car was kept at dodgy looking compound off the Bath Road in Hounslow next to open land. As others have said, the driver had lowered the seat etc, probably had a nice time cruising the local estates in our brand new BMW on the way there. I’ve used meet and greet services for years with super service at several airports. Sadly, this experience has made me think I’ll go back to parking it myself - more hassle but at least I’ll know where it is while I am away! I certainly can’t recommend Blue Circle.

DONOT USE!! Called to say I had landed and on my way. Arrived at the car park 20mins later to see my car but no staff and no keys. Called to say I was there told staff would be there in 5 mins…..22 mins later staff arrived with my key. Got to the exit barrier with an added bill of £13,70 !! Called Blue Circle and they said they can’t do anything about it not willing to pay the extra….not their problem despite me saying I had waited at the car for 22 mins with no keys and no staff !! Appalling customer service….cheaper to have done it myself !! 4/10/21
Blue circle meet and greet @ Luton…
Blue circle meet and greet @ Luton airport, I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to the Blue circle team on floor 3/4 at this airport. My car steering wheel jammed whilst going up the ramp to floor 3. Making my car veer into the LHS wall. Blocking all vehicles behind. There were 2 guys behind me in a van. They jumped out and helped sorted the issue. They were extremely polite and not a cross/ frustrated word. It was a scary moment i can tell you and i want to praise Mohammed Idress especially. Thank you. Anne Collins

Now called 'Blue Circle Meet and Greet'...AVOID AVOID AVOID. Our BMW has come back with a massive dent, the memory card removed from the camera and it appears to have been 'joyridden', filthy dirty, the petrol gone and with damaged suspension. We will take legal action but it will be very difficult to prove.
Awful
Awful! This company should be closed. My car had a little bent above rear wheel, but when I collected, it was awful scratch through both doors, and it was smashed so badly that it was rusty already. Rear bumper had visible scratches and some orange paint leftovers. It was bashed at least 3 times. Video recorder disconected. I suspect this company serves criminals.
