Great service by the technician

When Dean arrived he was very pleasant, helpful and replaced my 4 tyres very quickly, this would have scored 5 stars.
The reason for the 4 stars is the booking process. You pay slightly more for the tyres than getting directly from Halfords so I didn’t expect to pay extra for the ‘at home’ service. All through the ordering process it said that it could happen on the next day, but right at the very end I found out that the earliest was in 2 days time. As it worked out I was going to be at home on that day so it only cost me £1.

Long wait for delivery

In today’s world we are used to ordering in line and getting quick delivery. The bulb was fine but it took 10 days to arrive.

Orders placed on UK Standard delivery are despatched via Royal Mail and usually delivered within 5-7 working days. We are required to allow 15 working days for Royal Mail to deliver & lapse before the order can be classed as lost in transit after which we will either refund or replace the order.

Excellent

This is the second time I’ve had a Hippo bag and I think they’re excellent. The bag arrives by post, you email when you’re ready to have it collected, and then it disappears. Excellent service.

Shoddy cheap looking sandals not fit for purpose

I ordered sandals on 21 May and despite their tracking system, which must none false as they finally arrived today. I could have walked he package quicker than they delivered it via several countries. However, yesterday they were still in customs at Poland and several update appeared today, which is why it cannot be a real tracking service.

I paid £44.95 for cheap shoddy looking sandals, which I bought as they are supposed to straighten your big toe. The material is so thin there is no way they’ll be able to do this.
A warning to everyone, and note to myself, don’t order from a company you don’t know without checking in Trust Pilot!

Its’s a shame you can’t give zero…

Its’s a shame you can’t give zero stars. I’ve used Primrose for a number of years but not anymore. I ordered plants for my hanging basket which they said wouldn’t arrive until the end of May. End of May came and went, I sent emails that were not replied to and phoned, which they couldn’t take due to the Cornovirus. I asked for my money back as garden centres were open, no reply.
Then on Friday 12 June they were put on my doorstep. No email to let me know they were coming and a good job I was in, otherwise they would have all died.
Appalling, no sorry total lack of customer service, would not use them ever again.
Can’t enter ID as they never replied!

Disappointed

Booked appointment to have boiler serviced, after 3 on Wednesday. Had phone call on Tuesday morning to say I had appointment for 6.30 that day. I agreed but despite calling centre, they couldn’t locate engineer, slightly worried about their lone working policy! Finally had a call to say they had got it wrong and the engineer had 6.30 on the Wednesday. When I asked what time, said 3.30 to 6, and was told that would be okay and engineer would phone half an hour before.
Was dubious as felt sure he would arrive at 6.30, however he didn’t turn up at all.
Very disappointed, in light of all the other reviews and now have to find someone else!

I’m sure it will improve

The email that was sent to remind me that my prescription was due for renewal was sent too early. When I did attempt to sign in to renew, my account had been disabled.
Once this had been resolved my perscrition arrived quickly and fitted through the letterbox.
