I’m sure it will improve

The email that was sent to remind me that my prescription was due for renewal was sent too early. When I did attempt to sign in to renew, my account had been disabled.
Once this had been resolved my perscrition arrived quickly and fitted through the letterbox.

Reminders are sent 7-10 days before you are due to run out of your medication this will allow us to meet our timescales of 3-5 working days to deal with your request up to the point the medication is delivered.
