Its’s a shame you can’t give zero stars. I’ve used Primrose for a number of years but not anymore. I ordered plants for my hanging basket which they said wouldn’t arrive until the end of May. End of May came and went, I sent emails that were not replied to and phoned, which they couldn’t take due to the Cornovirus. I asked for my money back as garden centres were open, no reply.
Then on Friday 12 June they were put on my doorstep. No email to let me know they were coming and a good job I was in, otherwise they would have all died.
Appalling, no sorry total lack of customer service, would not use them ever again.
Can’t enter ID as they never replied!
