I bought the sprayer this year as the one I had took forever. This sprayer is brilliant and takes very little time to spray.
I’ve always done my patio slabs and they come up like new, last year I wondered if I could use it on my composite decking, so I sprayed a small area.
You have to be patient with this product as it’s not instant. From the decking area I sprayed last year, I had a lovely clean decking area so sprayed the whole thing, along with patio and front drive. Still have a lot left. It’s easy to use and no where near as messy or destructive as a pressure washer, which I would not recommend.

Quick and pleasant service. Why not 5 stars we were told if we changed our minds we couldn’t get a refund. Didn’t understand that as we bought pillows, that we’d had before.

I was running out of tablets and the system wouldn’t take my renewal. I phoned up and had no excuses just there was a problem and she would fix it. Tablets arrived just before the existing ones had run out.

I put in for a quote online and had a phone call nearly straight away.
The only problem was the car was at a mechanics and although I told them it was a very small road they wanted to send a 7 vehicle carrier. This put the collection back 5 days. For me I understand they needed the mechanics number to confirm collection, but once they had his number all communication with myself stopped.

I wasn’t sure what type of fitting for a vertical blind. They were extremely helpful and I’ve finally got it installed to cover the gap under the stairs.

I ordered the wrong flooring and amount. The returns process takes too long to get your refund. The local store was fantastic and extremely helpful

Team arrived early to fit new windscreen. Very polite and friendly and didn’t take too long to fit.
Next day I realised my radio wasn’t working. Quick phone call, quick visit to their premises and job done.
Everyone was very polite and friendly and not at all condescending, like a lot of motoring organisations!

I wanted to upgrade our return flights from Tobago to Gatwick. Deborah Eardley from BlueBay was extremely helpful. She coped very well with the time difference, that I could only use the internet in our room and was unable to use my phone to pay for the upgrade.
A superstar and I was very grateful.

I ordered a gift card and there was nowhere where I could add a message or say who it was from.

Delivery was quick but the parcel must have been at the bottom of the post bag as tablets were crushed.

Alif was able to give us a lot more information than you can get on line. He was very helpful.

I purchased a Karcher floor cleaner. From the first wash the water was coming out but not being sucked up into the very flimsy dirty water containers. I had another go, but it still did not work. I emailed Karcher and they told me to return it to Amazon? Why! They told me I had purchased it from them, which I hadn’t. I’ve sent it back twice and they don’t seem to have done anything to it as it still doesn’t work. They refused to give me a refund and were very rude.

This week I showed my grandson and he cleaned my kitchen floor using it and he agreed it was rubbish. He then got the Flash Speed Mop and showed me the dirt on it, proving that no one should buy a KARCHER.

I’m now going to put the videos I took into Twitter so everyone can see this is true.

This started around February this year and I’ve had to deal with placing my mum in a care home since then, plus I couldn’t see any point in using a useless machine, then someone suggested I out this on Trustpilot.
Surprise, surprise no reply from Karcher, please do not buy their floor cleaner.

We have used Blue Bay Travel several times and always book on line. This time Caitlyn had to phone us, she was very helpful, polite and professional. Plus we’ve always been pleased with our Blue Bay holidays.
