Disappointed
Booked appointment to have boiler serviced, after 3 on Wednesday. Had phone call on Tuesday morning to say I had appointment for 6.30 that day. I agreed but despite calling centre, they couldn’t locate engineer, slightly worried about their lone working policy! Finally had a call to say they had got it wrong and the engineer had 6.30 on the Wednesday. When I asked what time, said 3.30 to 6, and was told that would be okay and engineer would phone half an hour before.
Was dubious as felt sure he would arrive at 6.30, however he didn’t turn up at all.
Very disappointed, in light of all the other reviews and now have to find someone else!
