The guys were punctual, courteous and had everything to hand to make a tricky removal /installation go smoothly .
I always shop at AO for my white goods as the whole process from ordering, to customer service and delivery is a maxing! We are in the Scottish Highlands which often makes deliveries unreliable or impossible, but with AO you can order one day and get your goods the following day. Incredible!

It was super easy to give my dog’s details to figure out what kind of food and quantities to order.
The food arrived a day or so later and looks/smells yummy. Certainly the dog adores it and gobbles it up. His poos also look immediately better: solid and easily eliminated by the dog in contrast to his often runny previous ones. We are less than a week in and still transitioning from previous food to all Butternut Box

This isn’t our local dealer but I wish it was. A bustling, busy centre with a positive buzz amongst staff & customers. I was offered refreshment and most importantly efficient service. My issue was resolved by the excellent Alan who talked me through my queries very patiently and thoroughly.
I can’t commend this particular centre enough.

There is a new team behind this company. After a terrible experience last year when I ordered and never received the goods and had a challenging time getting any redress from customer service.
I received an email to ask me to give them another chance. So I did: I repeated the order I never got and this time it went smoothly. My order came with free delivery and was delivered as promised within 2 - 8 working days by tracked Royal Mail 48.
I’m impressed by the product range, pricing and now its speedy delivery & very evident customer service.
Highly recommended!

Review of P&O Ferries
Hiding behind Covid 19, unprecedented times etc, its now late July, not answering your phones or allowing passengers to rebook crossings and lack of any kind of customer service: NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
We tried to change our crossing home from Callais to Dover on Friday July 17th and despite trying 24 hrs before the crossing, the website wouldn't allow us saying it was less than 3 hrs to the time of departure.
We couldn't get through on the phone, so left an email which they promised to respond to - they didn't and still haven't days later.
We bought another ticket for the earlier crossing to be sure of a place hoping to get a refund later, not holding breath on that one reading the other reviews. The 8am ferry was delayed by 2 hours: it left at 10am which was our original crossing time!
Minimal info given at the time, just some drinks vouchers shoved into our car window.
No apology, explanation made by the captain. Do NOT take the ferry to cross unless you're completely unbothered by the fact that you may not arrive when you think you will and can do nothing to ammend your booking. A total joke. The only praise I have is for the customer info person on the ferry: despite not being able to help at all, she was at least sympathetic and professional.

In an effort to clarify some details about a fine jewellery item worth £1900.00 I phoned customer services with my query, they promised to get back to me, they haven’t.
So I tried via email, that was over 4 days ago: nothing!
Selfridges, do you not want my money? I’m disappointed your customer service seems so poor and you’re missing out on a big sale.

I forgot to print out my returns label when dropping off at my Collect + point at the Shell petrol station Warner’s End.
Not only did the man behind the counter help me print out a label he also cut it out and stuck it on the parcel for me.
I was impressed at this level of help and thank him.

Wonderful range of all kinds of bedding. I love their soft as silk mattress topper: I ordered one for my daughter’s double bed, her sister demanded one too and so I wanted one for our super king bed.
Ordered a King size as no larger size offered, had to send it back which was easy once I actually got the topper back into its bag!
The only criticism I have is that as the super king size was out of stock it wasn’t even listed. It would be helpful to have it listed so customers would know it could be ordered.
The customer service I spoke to was super helpful and answered all my questions well.

Just insured myself and partner on comprehensive package. Used website which was super easy to navigate, all questions answered fully and fast using the online chat facility.
Big request: please provide handy plastic wallet cards with policy number and emergency numbers to call. They aren't available so you're advised to carry your Validation Certificate around with you which isn't very practical.
I would've been more than happy to pay for this card and one for each additional family member covered.

Unfortunately one of the parts sent broke when installing, so I got in touch again with Choice replacements. They very quickly sent me out another spare part. I’m impressed and would highly recommend

Initial experience getting insurance and the service you get if you have an accident are great: but woe betide if you need to claim!
My daughter claimed for a stolen snowboard and had to wait over 10 weeks with lots of chasing, holding etc before they paid up. I am still waiting 18 weeks later for them to sort my claim arising from a broken wrist after a winter sport accident: I am about to turn to the Financial Ombudsman in desperation.

Review of Medical Travel Compared
I took out annual travel insurance on behalf of my daughter. when I filled out the questions on line I became the main insured person so I phoned the customer help line to have them change it. The person who answered said she wasn’t trained sufficiently to help me but assured me she would get her supervisor to phone back. I stressed it was time sensitive as my daughter was travelling soon. Unsurprisingly no one has phoned yet.
Competitive pricing offering all the cover I was looking for on behalf of my T1 daughter, but customer service not quite there yet.
