Is this a ghost run service? Where are customer care staff????
Hiding behind Covid 19, unprecedented times etc, its now late July, not answering your phones or allowing passengers to rebook crossings and lack of any kind of customer service: NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
We tried to change our crossing home from Callais to Dover on Friday July 17th and despite trying 24 hrs before the crossing, the website wouldn't allow us saying it was less than 3 hrs to the time of departure.
We couldn't get through on the phone, so left an email which they promised to respond to - they didn't and still haven't days later.
We bought another ticket for the earlier crossing to be sure of a place hoping to get a refund later, not holding breath on that one reading the other reviews. The 8am ferry was delayed by 2 hours: it left at 10am which was our original crossing time!
Minimal info given at the time, just some drinks vouchers shoved into our car window.
No apology, explanation made by the captain. Do NOT take the ferry to cross unless you're completely unbothered by the fact that you may not arrive when you think you will and can do nothing to ammend your booking. A total joke. The only praise I have is for the customer info person on the ferry: despite not being able to help at all, she was at least sympathetic and professional.
