Order sent to wrong address
I made an order to be sent to my friend and the order arrived to my address which means I now have to repackage, label and repay postage to send it to my friend which is a real hassle.

Thank you for your feedback. I can see from your order that you used the same address for both billing and delivery and that is the reason you received the goods at your address rather than your friends address. Upon checking your address book, I can see no second address there which could suggest that you inadvertently forgot to save your friends address.
