No promised phone back from customer care

I took out annual travel insurance on behalf of my daughter. when I filled out the questions on line I became the main insured person so I phoned the customer help line to have them change it. The person who answered said she wasn’t trained sufficiently to help me but assured me she would get her supervisor to phone back. I stressed it was time sensitive as my daughter was travelling soon. Unsurprisingly no one has phoned yet.
Competitive pricing offering all the cover I was looking for on behalf of my T1 daughter, but customer service not quite there yet.
