Still waiting ages later to get claim sorted, all customer service geared to upfront initial customer service
Initial experience getting insurance and the service you get if you have an accident are great: but woe betide if you need to claim!
My daughter claimed for a stolen snowboard and had to wait over 10 weeks with lots of chasing, holding etc before they paid up. I am still waiting 18 weeks later for them to sort my claim arising from a broken wrist after a winter sport accident: I am about to turn to the Financial Ombudsman in desperation.
