Despite advertising free delivery on orders over £30 when I paid using a Discount code from ‘Blue Light’, the discount applied to my order but not the free delivery? Despite it still being over £30! Complaint to customer services seems to have stalled. Don’t think I’ll use them again.

I am sorry to hear of the issue regarding your most recent order. I wanted to clarify that orders over £70 qualify for free standard delivery, as advised online -
UK Standard Delivery - up to 3-5 working days
This service costs £3.99 and takes up to 3-5 working days.
Items are sent via Evri and are usually delivered Monday to Sunday.
Remote destinations may take longer.
FREE Standard UK Delivery on orders £70 & Over (excluding Imbox)
I can see that the item ordered was £39.99 plus the £3.99 postage which would have totalled £43.98, however as you had used the blue light discount, 10% had been deducted which had bought the item down to £36.00 and therefore including the postage, the order value was £39.99.
My sincerest apologies once again for any misunderstanding.
I had & have great difficulty getting, installing & maintaining a second SIM card for my stand alone wifi modem on my boat. Doesn’t have a phone number. It seems you have issues with providing this sort of service. Costs also seem to be climbing too sharply!
I took out expensive travel insurance without reading the small print! I choose Europe as my destination but failed to note a sub heading that excepted most of the Mediterranean countries like Greece & Spain!! Resulting in traveling from without insurance!! Luckily nothing went wrong! If it had, thanks to not meticulously reading Avanti’s small print, we would not have been covered! Absolute waste! Read the small print! When they say Europe, they don’t mean Europe, they mean Europe except the countries you’re probably going to!!

We offer a number of different destination options with our annual multi trip policies to try and give the customer as much choice as we can. These include Europe Excluding: Cyprus, Egypt, Greece (including the Greek Islands), Malta, Morocco, Spain (including the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands), Turkey and Tunisia. There is also Europe Including: Cyprus, Egypt, Greece (including the Greek Islands), Malta, Morocco, Spain (including the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands), Turkey and Tunisia. We also offer Worldwide Excluding: USA, Canada, Caribbean, Bermuda, Mexico, Thailand, China and Hong Kong and Worldwide all countries.
When setting up a policy online with us, when selecting Europe you are then asked is anyone visiting Spain, Balaeric or Canary Islands, Greece or Greek islands,Cyprus, Malta, Turkey, Egypt, Morocco or Tunisia, to which you have to select yes or no.
Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and any frustration caused.

I attempted to obtain a quote for travel insurance but was turned down because of my age. Very wrong! Extremely dissatisfied.

Terrific service. I order all my flags both for marine use & civilian from Mr Flag. Their service & quality is always excellent! Very satisfied customer. If only all companies came close to their standard of professionalism.
Difficult to contact. I was invited to leave a message to get a call back, left message, no call back. Wrote email, no answer. Finally got through & booked repair.
However, the engineer was superb! Knowledgeable, polite, pleasant & efficient.

Great interest rate & excellent app. Instant reports on spending. However, you can only have the app on one device at a time.mi would like it on my iPad & phone.

Superb service. Worthwhile going to Ariston registered engineer who really know their stuff. I made the mistake of using a cheap local last yea4. False economy! This service has improved the efficiency & efficacy of the boiler. Dean was professional, knowledgeable, experienced & most importantly, Covid aware!
