I don’t have a huge amount of data in my money plan as I don’t use it most of the time. Problem is it gets very expensive if you exceed your plan! Which I do very occasionally. An annual buffer of data allowance would be good? So, you have a normal monthly usage off your plan but a buffer amount on an annual structure to allow for those odd months when you creep over? Not rocket science is it?

Let themselves down badly by selling a useful Lathe for beginners but not stocking a complete list of spares. I broke a tool rest banjo with a heavy catch. Something you would expect a beginner to do. Not only would they not replace the broken part, they were unable to sell me a replacement!! Very poor!

Good company selling high quality goods. Only issue is their use of polystyrene carcasses to package their larger items. In this day an age a quality supplier should not be relying on this highly polluting, non recyclable product to pack their goods. It’s a poor show! I bought a lathe & a grinding wheel. Both quality products spoilt by this style of earth destroying packaging. C’mon! It’s simply bot good enough.

A little disappointed. I bought an extremely expensive c2/taylor-714ce-ltd-rosewood-sinker

It arrived poorly packed in my opinion with no paperwork. The worst thing is it was obviously used. Probably as an shop trial instrument. This was obvious from the heavily worn strings. Other than that it was as new as far as i could see. Beautiful guitar with amazing tone after I put new strings on. I accepted the guitar & haven’t complained as I don’t want the aggravation. Still £2.600 for a guitar the shop had clearly used as a demonstration model? Hmmmm.. won’t be rushing back.

On time. Polite. Friendly. There was a little lack of concern about distancing and they didn’t wear masks. I also note that Halfords doesn’t seem to pay anything other than lip service to the language of Cymru. That’s a shame.

Sadly, not good this time. Has been in the past. I choose a pair of glasses, sent my prescription, marked the box on size as don’t know. As I’m a returning customer, I expected my size to be record. There was no further communication from GD until the glasses arrived, apart from a notice to say they were on the way.
The glasses were way too small for me! I used the form enclosed with the glasses to tell GD this. I get an email telling me how to find my size on my old glasses. Unfortunately, it’s too worn to be read.
So that’s it! Where do I go now? In the meantime I’m struggling with old prescription glasses.
GD has been good n the past but the value for money has gone now and customer communication is abysmal.
I have emailed asking for a full refund so I can obtain glasses locally
