I order Wegovy through MedExpress, who contact me when it’s time to reorder. The website is easy to navigate, although I admit I get confused with the wording on one of the questions?
I started on Mounjaro but switched to Wegovy with the price hike.
My experience is that Wegovy is gentler than Mounjaro but the literature states that the long term results are the same. So far I have lost a stone and I am delighted, after 2 years fighting a losing battle with my weight.

Hive heating is so reliable. The app allows me to set the heating remotely, and I can keep an eye on the temperature, boosting it if necessary.

This is the first time I have used a private pharmacy. Due to prescribed medication, my weight has ballooned in a year, pushing my BMI to an unsatisfactory 30, despite reducing my intake and trying to exercise more. Living in Scotland, weight loss injections are not on the NHS. Following a consultation with my pharmacist I bit the bullet. From the initial enquiries to ordering Mounjaro, I have had so much support from MedExpress. They contacted my GP to ensure it was suitable for me. (My GP then contacted me to confirm!)
Within the first 2 weeks of using Mounjaro I lost 5 kilos. It has slowed down a bit but I’m hoping that the dose will increase soon.
Any queries I have had have been answered within 12 hours. After Mounjaro became unaffordable, I gave them a tough time as I’d ordered the replacement Wegovy in what I thought was plenty of time - 3 weeks. However, they have remained polite and supportive throughout.

Situated in New Elgin’s Premier service station on Main Street, it’s easy to drop a parcel off for postage. Your code is scanned and that’s it! InPost send an email once your parcel has been collected, and a tracking code allows you to check when it’s delivered.
Although I’ve not used the collect service, I would imagine that collection is as easy.

I am usually very sceptical about Facebook ads which promise the earth as far as my body is concerned, but there was very little coercion, just suggestions. I’m hoping that this will help both me and my husband to lose weight.

I love everything about Purdy and Figg. The concentrated cleaning fluid comes in a glass, recyclable bottle and leaves a scent that lingers. The spray bottles themselves are made of sturdy glass. The cloth washes well each time and has kept its softness. The bathroom cleaner smells so clean. I’ve used it to wipe down bathroom mirrors.

So far so good. I have had to make several enquiries about my prescription, and each time my emails have been answered well within the 24-48 hours.

I received regular emails on the status of my order, which was tracked with Royal Mail, who in turn kept me informed as to its progress.

My only concern is that my current medication wasn’t requested until I asked about any potential contraindications. Surely current prescriptions should be considered before taking payment? My prescription is for Mounjaro, which I’m unable to get from my GP, and which I’ve never used before.

My husband has sensitive skin so I got the unscented laundry sheets. These are the best I’ve used to date. There is no residue left after a cool wash, either in the soap dispenser drawer or on the clothes. All the clothes feel fantastic and look new after even a cool wash, even those which have seen better days!

I’m giving Ultradries 4 stars as I have not received the order yet, but each time I have reached out with a query, Laura has responded within 24 hours. We are on holiday and I placed the order 12 days ago, hoping it would arrive in good time. However, on making enquiries through Laura, it looks like it will arrive too late. Laura has changed the destination address so that it will arrive after our return.
Although I’ve not yet received the order, first impressions are that this is a reliable company.

I eventually received my order a month later. However, it was worth the wait. The pants are comfortable, wash well (at 30 degrees) and maintain their absorbency, unlike other pants I’ve tried. As well as the pants, I ordered some absorbent pads as back up for night time. These work. They have hook and eye fasteners and don’t move due to a special non-slip strip.

All in all, very impressive. Thank you.

I have never booked a holiday online before but last minute.com made the process very simple. Deepa’s telephone assistance when I ran into a slight problem was invaluable. Email communication has been regular but I have not been bombarded with irrelevant information.

I ordered a pair of rose pruning gauntlets which didn’t arrive, although the packaging was delivered! I phoned and explained and was advised that they would be in the post within the next 3-7 working days. They didn’t arrive in that time, so I phoned again and spoke to another advisor. The gauntlets arrived safely within 3 days. Really impressive service. Thank you.

Had ordered a pair of jeans which, to my delight, were too big. I returned them for a replacement. Returns process is very easy. Communication with Baukjen was great, informing me when the returned pair had arrived, and when they had started the return process, and who was the courier.
I had also ordered one black and on white T-shirt. The black came and furs beautifully. Unfortunately the white one was temporarily out of stock. Again, communication has been good, advising me on the order.

Good service

Plants arrived in good condition: 3 passion flower plants and 6 chain of hearts indoor plants. Sadly, despite my best efforts, one of the passion flower plants was attacked by slugs. However the other two are happy where they are.
