Been wearing pads for years and hated every minute. They'd shift around, make noise, and I always felt self-conscious. These knickers are a game changer! Waited for delivery and the team kept me updated. Now I just wear normal underwear that actually works. So much more comfortable and discreet. Wish I'd swithched sooner!

Pension doesn't stretch far at 73, so I kept buying cheap options. Big mistake, they'd leak or fall apart after a few washes. Saved up three months for Ultradries. Waited 4 weeks for delivery but honestly? These will last me YEARS. The cotton is quality, stitching is solid, absorbency is brilliant. Doing the maths these work out cheaper than constantly replacing rubbish ones. Wish I'd just bought these from the start and saved all that wasted money.

I'm 67 and have been dealing with bladder leaks for years now. I've wasted so much money on Everdries and similar brands that promised the world but delivered scratchy, cheap materials that barely lasted a few washes. Ultradries are completely different you can feel the quality the moment you put them on. The cotton is soft, gentle on aging skin, and the absorbency actually works. Shipping took few weeks because everyone's ordering them, but their customer support was wonderful so patient and kind. Worth every day of waiting. These are the knickers I wish I'd found years ago.

Had a problem about my order after hearing nothing after my confirmation email for nearly a month.I emailed them and Katherine emailed me very quickly and explained the reasons why and apologised and gave me a generous discount offer in compensation.Laura emailed later to promise to keep me informed of progress ongoing.

Finally found knickers that actually work! The absorbency is brilliant and they're so comfy I could wear them all day. The cotton is gentle and breathable perfect for my sensitive skin. their customer support was top notch. Regular updates, friendly messages - they really looked after me. Absolutely worth the wait! I'm buying another set today because these are staying in my life for good.
Why am I having to follow up an order?
I already wrote a review when answering the original email. I was pleased to have a status update on my nearly-a-month old order. I shouldn't however need to follow up on it. I should be being kept advised as an order travels through the stages from order to delivery.

I was skeptical at first, but these knickers are genuinely amazing! Super absorbent and incredibly comfy, the cotton fabric is so soft and gentle on my skin. I won't lie, the shipping took about 5 weeks due to high demand, but their customer support team was brilliant throughout. They kept me updated every step of the way, which really put my mind at ease. Totally worth the wait, ladies! I've already ordered 2 more packs because I never want to go back to disposable pads again.

Haven't even opened pack as though ordered correct size according to measurements on website what arrived were massive. Thought USA but when looked into return found it has to be returned to china at own cost, in addition only the pants themselves are refundable any booster pads wash bags etc are not. My order was £89 I was offered £22 and not send item back. I will return the items as no use to me but have no confidence will receive refund. Wrong colour sent too these are extremely thick ugly bulky pants nothing like description on website.

I paid 5 weeks ago and still no delivery - claim is shipping 5 - 9 days and according to tracking, hasn't been sent.
Emailed several times and received recurring notifications about problems with delivery agents.

My issue today was in placing my order. The screen presented to me did not allow me to pick the item I wanted. Laura assisted me in placing the order and referring the issue to your tech team.
Going to return and try to get a refund.
On receiving these a day ago I realized that these undies are really made from a heavy material (Bamboo is not heavy) and not anything like the light ones I saw the models wearing in the Add. As soon as I opened the product I saw that these would not suit me at all even though the size was OK (Medium) I am 5'6" tall and 60kilos (average). Anyway they are so very tight around the waist and loose around my upper thighs. I was taken in by the slick Add for this product - And what is the replacement Pads design about with a clip on thingy under undies? - I am going to return and see what happens because I am never going to go out in public wearing these ugly (thick) knickers.
3 weeks since booking and still haven't received my order
I placed my order on 21 September. On 2 October, having not received my order, I emailed Ultradries, and got a reply from Laura. She wrote that my order is with the delivery company. It's 10 October and still nothing. I've just emailed them asking for a refund, so watch this space

Size did not fit
I cannot fault how Laura looked after me when the size I ordered did not fit. We manage to resolve the issue quickly and without any further problems.
Wrong size
I received my first order of Ultradries, tried one pair on & the waist band was way to tight. I emailed your company & received a reply within 2 days. Saying they would send me a pair of another size free of charge & no return needed of wrong size. Laura sent me a size chart & I rechecked my size. I only read the hip size & not the waist band. I have a waist not quite in proportion with my hips. I do need the larger size. I returned Laura's email with my size & she is sending me 6 (this is what I ordered first) pairs of the larger size no charge. If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is!! I was willing to return the other size, not necessary. I will pass them on to a friend with a smaller waist size than me. Thank you. ❤️

I received my Ultradries pants order, packing good, lovely soft and well made.
I needed to ask a question and without any trouble at all Laura from Customer Service was excellent so efficient friendly understanding and genuinely wanted to help. When I sent Emails she acknowledged them straight away and worked with me until I was 100% happy and my question was answered. Laura represents Ultradries perfectly.

I ordered the as shown full backed pants in June 2025. I received bikini ones. These were replaced but instead of 6 pairs I received only 4 pairs and yet again they were not the full backed ones. I then had to send photos of the pants and eventually was told they had stopped making the full backed pants some time ago - certainly before I ordered and they were still being shown last time I looked. I also sent to Laura a copy of the page on their advert that shows full refund will be made. Oh no it won't. I was offered 30% but had to return all 6 of them to China at my expense for them to be checked before a refund would be considered. How could I when I only received 4. I have sent 23 emails and have pointed out that that it is illegal to offer a product which they no longer sell and to take my money knowing that they will not be sending out the order they have promised. A very bad mistake being hoodwinked by this dreadful company. Avoid them at all costs . A very expensive mistake.
