Easy website to navigate. However, booking an open return is confusing as there is the impression is that you have to return that day. Or maybe it’s this dinosaur!

Like their milk, Mills Milk’s website does things differently. It took a while for this dinosaur to navigate but I got there. As we live quite remotely, I was waiting to hear that they couldn’t deliver, but our milk and cream were on the doorstep on Thursday, and our milk and butter were there on Monday. I’ve not tasted milk like this since I was a teenager. It’s delicious, and there’s even cream at the top of the bottle! Both milk and cream come in glass bottles - the litre bottle of milk has a screw cap. I see from some reviews that this is quite an expensive source of dairy. If the calves are kept with their mothers for as long as the website says, then it’s worth it. These sentient beings are giving us milk and we need to give them the respect they deserve.

Great produce from this expanding company. Just hope they don’t get too big as that would spoil their ethos. All their products have the signature scent.
The body wash, shampoo and conditioner come in litre bottles as well as 250 ml ones. Just a word of caution: the shampoo separates in the larger bottles - not sure if this applies to the body wash as well.

Sadly we have just had to say goodbye to our 15-year old springer. He had a very healthy life up until 5 years ago, and Petplan have been there supporting us all the way. There have been no quibbles about claims. Due to his age, we knew that we would only get a percentage of the claim.
When I contacted them to cancel the policy, they cancelled it immediately.

I feel healthier than I have for some time. I was so impressed by the support I’ve had for my recovery from major surgery in the summer. Unfortunately there were minor complications: I was given the offer of suspending my membership for a while, but I knew that without Zoe I’d slip back into my old ways. I’m almost back to normal 6 months on and I am happy to say that I have not gained weight. Christmas will be a testing time but the beauty of this programme is that there are no banned foods, just the wrong decisions which can be rectified. Any mistakes can be made right, there’s no one telling us off or shaming us, just ourselves.
I like the way we get a weekly rundown of our intake, with advice about how well we’ve done, and how to improve next week.

I bought a candle and some body wash and lotion for my daughters-in-law. I know they’ll love the scent.
I use the shampoo and conditioner regularly and I have had so many compliments about how good my hair is. I have two bottles that I put shampoo and conditioner in when I’m going away.
The sea spray hairspray is an inspiration. It sets dry hair and can be used as a lotion in wet.

I wanted a birthday card for a friend. There is plenty of choice in Moonpig! I didn’t want a gift.

I phoned up with a query. Polite advisor - quick to pick up, and assured me she'd find out the answer to my query and get back to me.

From our first conversation with Hassan to installation by Steve and Bri, the process was quick and painless. Steve and Bri were lovely - polite and knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions.
At the end of the installation, Steve talked us through how it all works and how to get the most out of solar.
Because the app didn’t connect via the internet, Steve has arranged for a dongle to be sent.
As soon as Steve and Bri had left Michael rang to talk me through the next stage.
Fully deserving of 5 stars.

Very good service

Joined a month ago and have had 2 lovely plants delivered - a subscription plant and an extra to treat myself. The subscription plant came with a pot that accentuates it. Knowing that my subscription is providing mental health support for others is a good feeling.
I have one suggestion - could we have a taste of what’s to come next?

This is a brilliant idea, but the gel is just not as simple to use as the instructions suggest. To use it properly, you need a good few squirts so I’m not sure how long a normal sized canister would last.
However, the gel is cooling, there’s been no skin reaction, it does a good job and I’m going to persevere with it.
The canister is aluminium, so is light and small enough to go in a handbag. It’s recyclable, and the applicator just fits on the new canister.
I can’t wait to try the new applicator, by the way. Then hopefully Wype will get 5 stars!

What’s not to like? You’re ordering great coffee with a social conscience!

Ordered a physical voucher for my goddaughter. Easy website to navigate, with links to local shops advising where to redeem vouchers. It was easy to pay for, arrived on time and hopefully they’re able to use it!

Always delivers at given time. Polite and cheerful even in the worst of weathers.
