Good communication

So far so good. I have had to make several enquiries about my prescription, and each time my emails have been answered well within the 24-48 hours.

I received regular emails on the status of my order, which was tracked with Royal Mail, who in turn kept me informed as to its progress.

My only concern is that my current medication wasn’t requested until I asked about any potential contraindications. Surely current prescriptions should be considered before taking payment? My prescription is for Mounjaro, which I’m unable to get from my GP, and which I’ve never used before.
