Total lack of customer service
I have to say I have read a few reviews and have to agree with the lack of communication from Pro Breeze. It’s really bad. They clearly have no customer service. It appears no one is reading emails when sales enquiries.. as a business they must be damaging their bottom line and loosing so many customers
Some of us want information and some want to spend money
I’ve bought three items iver the last year all have been ok but I have a couple of questions about other products… if I don’t get a reply I’ll not place an order and go elsewhere
I also have a delivery where the item works but has a mark which won’t come off I’d like to discuss
If I don’t get any reply I’ll go via the payment team and raise with them
Don’t forget all pay by credit card or pay Pal and your protected
