Avoid worse delivery service ever

Everything was great right up to the delivery , then two. Of your guys turned up and we’re just plain rude , they just made every excuse to not deliver the sofa , in the end they left it in the road and left ,
Never again awful service
I had to leave work to come and get the sofa off the road it took me 5 mins to put it in the house by myself ? There was two of them ?

Avoid incompetent

had my sofa delivery this morning got off to a great start , emails -text great , then the most unhelpful driver arrived started moaning from the start , cant get this box in the door ,its our fault the sofa is bigger , ended up leaving it in the road ,
i have had to leave work ! 5 mins by myself putting the sofa inside ? there was two of them and between them they could not work anything out they were to busy trying to come up with excuses of why they didn't want to pick uo the sofa

AVOID ! THIS IS WHAT THE RANGE SEND TO DELIVER all caught on door camera

Worse service ever cowboys ,

Worse service ever , illegal bribery, I took out the policy on the wrong date but instantly called to try and change it
To be told if I go away and take out another policy in the same name they will cancel one for free , totally illegal , when I asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold for a hour then hung up ,
Asked to cancel the policy they said no or it’s £50

Insurance cowboys avoid , years I have been with these people and they have shown there true colours

We aren't able to amend the date on a policy once it has been paid for, as the agreement has been set up. So, the policy can be cancelled and then a new one can be set up.

The £50 non-refundable arrangement fee is mentioned during the process of setting up a policy. We do also list all of our fees on our website - https://www.1stcentralinsurance.com/legal-information/important-information.

I’m a existing customer and they pester me with emails telling me how a great deal on a second car would be

I put the details in and these jokers are a lot dearer than every one else , just shows how much this company respect there customers

Moved into a property Saturday but had to move out because these cowboys couldn’t get a number to top up electric
All day Saturday on the phone and numerous promises but nothing done
They eventually cancelled my call after a hour and went home for the weekend

Cost a fortune moving back out because of no power
