Hi Mr Attwater, sorry you feel that way. I've had a look at your account. You contacted us here on the 30th August advising us you had no power, you were advised to contact our Social Media who did everything they could to get you on supply.

The agent you spoke to raised an enquiry to get this sorted for you, it was sorted on the day & you were happy with what the team had done for you & were happy to close the enquiry. Thanks, Lisa
