Moved into a property Saturday but had…

Moved into a property Saturday but had to move out because these cowboys couldn’t get a number to top up electric
All day Saturday on the phone and numerous promises but nothing done
They eventually cancelled my call after a hour and went home for the weekend

Cost a fortune moving back out because of no power

Avoid disgusting customer service

Hi Mr Attwater, I'm really sorry to see there was a delay in opening up the electricity account, meaning you have no smart card or smart card number to top up the meter.
