Very difficult trying to renew your insurance when no one answers the phone.
Had to take out a new policy

We had some system issues over the weekend, but haven't seen any issues leading up to then, so we're sorry if this impacted on you with your renewal.

I'm happy to see you've found us competitive with your new quote, but I'm sorry you wasn't able to renew your old policy.
