Bournemouth branch awful customer service

Bournemouth branch , avoid , no customer service
Advertised a property that wasn’t available, then tried to tell me a three bed property was no big enough for a couple and 2 children ?

When I call them they say the property is not available

Awful service do not trust your property with these people

Dear Mr Attwater. We are always disappointed to receive feedback such as yours and therefore the matter has been looked into. It appears that you enquired about the property 4 days after it came to the market however the office responded to your enquiry within 10 minutes of receiving it on Saturday morning at 8.29am. The team asked for more information from you regarding your personal requirements which was accommodation for 4 adults but unfortunately someone in the interim put in an application and offer for the property, and the team had to inform you that the property was not suitable for 4 adults. As you are aware, rental property can be in short supply and therefore demand can be equally very high; as it was in the case of this property. I am sorry that you were not successful on this occasion however it appears that the office acted appropriately given the high demand for the property in such a short timescale.

Avoid

Ordered a pair of boots that turned up very fast delivery ,
I decided I would order another pair the same size when they turned up they were to small ? Apparently that’s my fault a size 10 sometimes only fits a size 6 foot to top it all I have to pay to send them back AVOID
No customer service they did not care

Great place ordered online and tried…

Great place ordered online and tried collecting in store today , I was greeted by a please wait outside as only one person allowed in with masks on ,
Then when it was my turn I again had the same arrogant person who clearly does not want the job
Even had ago to a lad that took a page of his printing by mistake , if you don’t want the job then leave don’t drag the great team down !

This has to be the worst company ever

This has to be the worst company ever , first they leave me sitting outside a property because they can’t be bothered to show me round ! I then leave it weeks and no contact so I book another appointment
the delightful member of staff tells me that even though the property has stood empty for years without a buyer and the roof fell in and had to be fixed they want 40k deposit

Avoid absolute cowboys how does anyone trust you with there house sale
Jokers !

Made enquires 2x now to view a flat in Upton Poole , no contact by fox and sons , the best we got was a message from the branch manager asking to price our property up ? We replied to the email but no further response
Avoid they clearly don’t want to sell properties

Went to this company today for a mot there was a deal online , look out people they try there hardest to find something wrong and charge the earth , they even told us the front tyre had been repaired poorly well hello guys you repaired it a few weeks ago , avoid

be ware

be ware , tried to cancel our policy and was told its £50 ,when we called back with a card number we were told its now £70 not even 20mins later
.since I complained we have had nothing but threats and abusive emails from customer service ,avoid people they are not worthy of your money !
