Delivery issue

No issues with the product(bike rack), but delivery by DHL could have been better. Failed to deliver on the first two days it was due (1st day "delayed", 2nd day said they couldn't gain access, but the house was occupied). Delivery on 3rd day was as per message.

Dried food and nut butter

Ordered some of the new dried food - to be used during a trip to the Lakes later in Nov. Looking forward to trying them out after some positive reviews. Also re stocked nut butter sachets. Great customer service, as usual.

Brilliant customer service

Placed an order recently, for nut butter jars (they are all excellent) and added what I thought was a pack of bars (equally excellent). Realised I'd actually ordered a starter pack. Having emailed (via the website) to make this admission and asking if I could replace the starter pack with a selection of bars, Christian sorted it within minutes. Brilliant customer service ( as always).

Bought 2 water butts using click and…

Bought 2 water butts using click and collect from Derby Kingsway. Staff in store helpful but one of the butts had no tap. Have sent email to customer service, received an acknowledgement but still had no response to my request for a tap to be sent ( the store is a 30 mile round trip ).
