Placed an order recently, for nut butter jars (they are all excellent) and added what I thought was a pack of bars (equally excellent). Realised I'd actually ordered a starter pack. Having emailed (via the website) to make this admission and asking if I could replace the starter pack with a selection of bars, Christian sorted it within minutes. Brilliant customer service ( as always).
