Easy to find the correct part. The online assistant was very helpful confirming that the part would fit my model.

I needed some adhesive to re-fix a glass shower screen into an alloy hinge as the old adhesive joint had failed. I wasn’t sure which of the many to get and the guy on the counter helped me go through the choices and select which looked like the best for the job. It worked perfectly.

Lovely flowers which have now opened out into a very pretty display. Reliable delivery but as usual flowers just left outside as they won't go through the letterbox with no card left.

Extremely competitive prices and speedy delivery. Identical to the part replaced down to the manufacturers label. The range of prices being asked for so called OEM spares was tremendous, some being 4 or 5 times more than I paid. I will definitely use again and unreservedly recommended.

No response to complaint. Finally received my delivery today. I have written to dpd three time to their complaints email address and received no response. Incredibly poor customer service when anything goes wrong

The first time DPD have messed up but in the end shows they are no better than any other delivery company. In my view if you make a mistake you sort it out yourself. You do not expect the recipient of your error to resolve the issue themselves.
DPD returned my item to the seller by mistake despite sending me a notification of the delivery date. I have had to waste my time contacting the seller to rearrange delivery. Obviously this will be much delayed because of DPD. Everyone makes mistakes but extremely poor customer service.

Very disappointing to have to write this review. I thought from their reputation that ordering from them would be a no brainer. Not the case.
Their T-bone steaks are very poor indeed. The sirloin side was ok. Nothing to write home about but the fillet side was almost non existent. Cut so thinly hardly any there at all.
When I order a t-bone I expect both sirloin and fillet. Look up the definition! Had I ordered this in a restaurant it would have been returned.

I hadn’t used KWM before but found they had a wine in stock I had been trying to track down. The ordering process was simple and the delivery of extremely well packaged wine was very quick. Top marks and will use them again.

I needed a new lock quickly for an elderly person living on their own. I checked local and online suppliers without great success until I found lockandkey. I particularly wanted a euro profile lock with an internal thumb turn and they have an extensive range of good quality locks in all sizes at reasonable prices and can supply additional keys with the new lock.
The website was easy to use and contained a useful hint about fixing the lock into a upvc door. The lock and additional keys arrived very promptly and were easily installed.
Definitely recommended.
