TERRIBLE SERVICE
I bought two tickets for a gig on 19th September through ENTS24.
The venue told me the tickets had been issued on 30th August and advised me to contact ENTS24 to get them.
When I did, I was told it wasn’t ENTS24’s problem, as the venue would supposedly issue tickets 72 hours before the event. I pointed out that the venue had *already* confirmed they’d sent them ten days earlier. Since I’d bought them through ENTS24, I expected ENTS24 to actually provide them—or refund me.
The response I got was that they had “no access to tickets” and that I wouldn’t be getting a refund. That was an astonishing answer from a company that sold me the tickets in the first place.
After making it clear that no one — not me, not the venue, not ENTS24 — seemed to have my tickets, I finally received another email with two tickets attached. Odd, considering I’d been told they had “no access to tickets” just hours before.
To summarise my experience:
* Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful.
* I was initially told I wouldn’t get a refund for tickets that hadn’t arrived.
* Only after I challenged them repeatedly did the tickets suddenly appear.
Whether these tickets will even work remains to be seen. I’ll find out on the 19th September, but based on this fiasco, I’m not optimistic.
If you value straightforward service and basic accountability, buy your tickets somewhere else.
**EDIT:**
ENTS24 have since asked for more information to “verify” my review. This relates to my email exchanges with their customer service team around 8th September 2025.
**FURTHER EDIT:**
My original review was removed after ENTS24 claimed that quoting a customer service message went against Trustpilot’s terms. This version contains nothing but my *direct personal experience* — which, frankly, speaks for itself.

Excellent ticket booking site
Excellent ticket booking site, easy to buy tickets through to check out and pay.
A lot easier and quicker than ticketmaster where you have to wait in a queue for hours to get high demand tickets e.g. Coldplay wembley arena 31/8 waited in a queue for 9 hours and then just as I thought I was going to get a ticket I got thrown out and all the tickets were sold out. Very annoying and frustrating and because I was determined to get a ticket and wouldn't be put off I eventually managed to get my hands on one from another ticket site. By this time it was around 10pm so I had practically spent most of the day from early morning through to the evening to get a result.
I shouldn't take this long and be so difficult and stressful to buy tickets if you are a loyal fan.
Had the same thing when trying to buy a Lewis Capaldi ticket due to the high demand tickets got sold out in 10 minutes leaving fans going on facebook feeling very angry and frustrated. Apparently they had under estimated the demand for tickets and Lewis himself was overwhelmed with how quickly the tickets got sold out.
A few weeks later I did manage to get a ticket for the London O2 Arena through setting up ticket alerts.
Persistence pays off in the end but it shouldn't be this time consuming and stressful.

Scammed through Ents24 gig tickets text alert
`I asked for a text alert from Ents24 Gig Alert app for gig tickets. When it arrived there was a link with a big button saying Start Now. I continued and it asked for my credit card details. I presumed this was for the tickets. However, I found myself signed up to an ebook site called Content Now-on with a £49 a month auto renewal! How is this allowed to happen? I have had total stress this morning and had to cancel my credit card to prevent further payments as there is no way to cancel the subscription. The people who took the payment are called Ereadwiz and if you read the reviews they are total scam merchants. I am very unhappy with Ents24 about this. Be very careful if you use their text alert.
Ents now say they have banned this company from advertising

Getting a ticket refund for a cancelled event.
The event I bought tickets for was cancelled the day before, and over one month later I'm still waiting for a refund.

Why variable administration fees for thesamd service
Easy to book and good website but am interested in the rationale of administration fees varying by ticket price. As it all automated I assume it is just profiteering. Or am I missing something?
