A con. Once you've bought a Sodastream machine, you cannot get exchange gas cylinders-supplies locally are extremely poor - this has been a problem for years. I stuck with Sodastream for ecological reasons, but having to buy rather than exchange cylinders makes a nonsense of that. I bought three which are sitting, empty, doing nothing. How much do these cylinders cost to produce? I also refuse to buy yet another from them direct in order to join their postal exchange system

Excellent service as usual -driver checked my location via 'phone as we are a bit tucked away off the main road, and he delivered within the time slot. Customers who use businesses employing APC may pay a little more but it is a better service than most other cheaper companies.

My packet of 'Balconi' tomato seeds had 11 in it -"average 15 seeds" it said online and on the packet. So some lucky person must have at least 19 in theirs. They'd better all germinate.

They don't achieve the speeds promised -recently not even achieved the guaranteed minimum, but deliberately make it impossible to contact them about broadband speed -sending customers around and around in circles on their website to useless and irrelevant 'help' pages. So much for the trumpeted 'guaranteed' speed deal and reimbursement.
About time they retired their useless overpaid minions and employed people who actually provide customer service.

I have an existing policy and wish to speak to an advisor. They don't answer the 'phone. I have tried all relevant numbers.
The policy ref no. I have is not recognised so I can't register online or use a secure email.
I do not wish to attend a personal advisor appointment which seems to be all thst is 'on offer'.
Other annuity providers can respond, but not the 'Pru', apparently.

Review of Green Flag Breakdown Cover
I advised Green Flag I would not be renewing after they failed to turn up when I had a ripped tyre. Because the agent I dealt with did not SPECIFICALLY ask if I wanted to cancel the auto-renewal, nor did I SPECIFICALLY ask for this myself during the complaint, they auto renewed the policy anyway. I had no notification of this pending renewal via email as I'd expected.
I complained about the renewal having said I did not want it earlier; the agent advised my complaint would not be upheld, as they had sent me a letter requiring cancellation of auto-renewal (it went in the bin -understandably- I had cancelled it in the earlier complaint)
The agent then advised that I could leave the second complaint open although it wouldn't be upheld (so leaving it open was pointless) and they would be charging me £10 for cancellation of the policy.

I have been trying to contact Dragonfli about an item missing from my order, despite being notified that it was included when the order was shipped. (Value £26.99). No-one is available to take my call, apparently, and emails aren't answered.
EDITED: the second item has arrived in a separate parcel (Same tracking number,) 6 days late and as it is a 'live' item (nemetodes) will not be viable. Possible a Royal Mail 'error' it being a second package under the same tracking number. STILL an automated message on the number given. Trying to sort this out is impossible if no-one is answering the phone.

Useless, always have been in my view. Driver threw last parcel over gate at wrong address because driver couldn't be bothered to find us, even though we are on satnavs/maps. Now a supposedly 'delivered' tracked parcel has disappeared. It sounds like customer service is in the US, I spent several minutes spelling my email address numerous times because of the bad line.
I tried to use them (twice) for a collection/delivery service a few years back -they never turned up. They clearly haven't improved.
I have NOT had the email promised by customer services. Now I'm asked to write them an email
Are UPS making it deliberately difficult????
(Sorry -I must try and find a company I can write a positive review for...not easy at the moment!)

Don't trust their website regarding delivery.
Delivery with a time slot from DPD is offered when you checkout, so I selected that. I chose this company because they said specifically that they use one of the few couriers who can find my address, and who would give a time for delivery. (I often have to look around/phone neighbours to get my parcels).
Found out via the tracking number that it was in fact NOT DPD, but Amazon Delivery. NO TIME SLOT. When I phoned customer service I was told that "only some items attract a time slot" and that "Amazon DELIVER UNTIL 10 PM"!. I was given a phone number for Amazon so it was up to me. No apologies or believable explanation. They weren't the cheapest either.

Review of Growseed
Order arrived late (I had to remind them) it arrived 10 working days after 'notification of shipping') and it was wrong. Items were substituted without notification, and they are not of any use to me. (Kale and Spring onions instead of Basil -really???)
Contacting them is extremely difficult (email only) and their replies are hopeless and unhelpful. I have resorted to this through sheer irritation at their appalling customer service, as my email via their form with the relevant photo would not send.
Oh, and there is no planting info on the packets, you have to look that up on their website, presumably to drive traffic to the site.
Follow up to Growseed reply:
I have been asked via email to check that the Basil hasn't been 'stuck in the packet' -there's no Basil. I would like info on the packets as with other sellers, not have to use the 'net. I was not advised that the missing order would be replaced, or when to expect it.
I think the packer had a bad day

Said they couldn't find my address to deliver a parcel, (strange that -other couriers have no problem) and to contact them to give directions.
This has proved IMPOSSIBLE. Their online robot says it can't help, it won't let you email and they don't answer the 'phone.
I have now received a reply (below) which includes the USELESS LINK for their so-called 'customer care'.
