Reluctant to use now as a seller

I have sold several items via ebay as a pesonal seller but now VERY reluctant. Their tracking system and postage options are appalling. Tracking is inaccurate if you don't use their own (limited and bad) shipping/label purchases and they will withold payment claiming non delivery for several days. (The agent admitted the system 'has difficulties' -but they have a tracking number, how hard can it be????)
I asked for a call from their agent to sort outstanding payment for one expensive item. Said one minute. Nada, no call.
So...after 40 minutes online, repeating myself to 2 different agents, finally I got a helpful one. It really shouldn't be that hard.
Ebay is keen to take your money it seems, not so keen on paying out...Buying?- doesn't seem a problem unsurprisingly.

I've used Healthspan for many years and…

I've used Healthspan for many years and found their service and products excellent, particularly when compared with similar companies and their sales practices.
So... I would have given 5 stars in the past, however, the default to 'subscription' has made me think again. Another reviewer called it 'predatory' which sums up my discomfort.

Apallingly arrogant attitude in…

Apallingly arrogant attitude in customer service.
Spares for my f/freezer no longer available - I received a lecture- apparently I should buy a new one to keep Bosch in business. REALLY?
I've bought many Bosch items in the past because of the quality. No longer. (Apparently the quality has dropped - even more reason to keep my old applaince, let alone the fact that this in environmentally sound)
I have now sent the order number for the spare which wasn't as expected (which is why I contacted Bosch in the first place for a returns number.) Presumably they wish to test if this is a genuine review!

Terrible experience.

Terrible. Had to change to Vodaphone network due to longstanding local o2 mast problems. Despite the network being stated as good online, -one bar if lucky -kept being cut off, wi-fi calling not an option. Just TWO rings on receiving a call (if it got through). I contacted them to get more rings. Got THREE. O2 mast now fixed (after several months) so I'm with GiffGaff now (Good so far).
I see from the (too late) reply that they want to sort it??? I did contact them as I stated and they were useless. (See above). I also could contact an agent as offered on their 'chatbot' despite many attempts (and I tried within their stated hours) "Not delivered" every time.

DOES NOT COMPLY WITH LEGISLATION

DO NOT USE:THIS COMPANY DOES NOT COMPLY WITH CONSUMER LEGISLATION
You have to 'phone if you have a faulty product, they an automatic service says they'll put you through to the manufacturer -then cut you off when you try and put your order number in. They have a duty regarding faulty goods they sell, which they are evading.

Systems down???40 minutes trying and can't get…

40 minutes trying and can't get through to AA Insurance on the many numbers/account access etc. Chat doesn't work, not even via smartphone text system.
If the systems are down, surely a company this size should have some backup method of notifying customers?

Dreadful pharmacist

If pharmacists are now expected to increasingly help/subscribe, I'd give Superdrug's a miss. The 'pharmacist' in the Bridgwater branch actually yawned while I was talking to him, and was clearly totally disinterested. I persisted, he then advised I get lozenges to ease the dry mouth caused buy an infection, but could not even be bothered to suggest which ones might be suitable. I was VERY VERY angry at his rudeness, but did not say what I felt like saying. No wonder there are so many 'we will not tolerate abuse' signs everywhere...

Royal Mail ruin this service

Sadly due to Royal Mail inadequacy/inefficiency and unreliability this is NOT the service to use if you can avoid it. I have had a prescription go missing and P2U advise that I have to wait 10 days before that it can be 'confirmed as lost' so sending me back to the GP to sort (as if they don't have enough to do)... P2U give a 'Track' button, but they advise that it isn't, in fact, actually tracked (despite having a number) RM just advises when delivery attempted...I am confused as well as annoyed.
The reply says go to Live Chat which is waht I did. I have the transcript available stating exactly what I have described above. I have left Pharmacy2U and will have to collect from a pharmacy.
TRIED AGAIN BUT...
After just one successful order my new account has disappeared, email isn't recognised I am locked out and their chat is not operational. I've no idea how others can give this company a good review.

Used to trust ths company to care -no longer.

Used to trust ths company to care, and give considered service -not any more.
I questioned why I was advised to pay an increased amount pcm when I am already 3 times that in credit. I received some horsefeathers about them wanting to be sure I pay enough to cover consumption -and they could return payments to my 'original amount'.
This means I would STILL be in credit and this could further increase over the Summer.
I have pointed out that with inflation putting pressure on finances, having a large sum of money locked in their company is undesirable. Not happy...

When you come on supply with us, we receive some information from the industry. Part of this information is your estimated annual consumption.
Based on these estimations, your usage is expected to be higher than your quote will cover. We would not be doing our duty as a supplier if we did not tell you this.
It's not a problem if you do want to keep it to the current amount however we have to give a suggested amount which ensures you do not fall into a debit.
I’m really disappointed to see that in this case, you have been left feeling unhappy with our service and I really want to reinstate your trust in us. I am going to send you an email to discuss this further with you.

Mobile mast has been down for a week

MObile mast -ie no signal- has been down for a week - and updates via wifi say "we'll let you know in 7 days" TOTALLY unacceptable service. I spent several 'phone calls to customer 'service' regarding calls dropping and deteriorating audio. They did nothing. They are still doing nothing it seems. Shoddy service,and the price has gone up.

Poor service, don't like the stove...

I had to replace an old faithful, reliable Aarrow woodburner as no spares now available, The throat plate and liner needed replacing after long service. I would have loved to keep it.
Chose (sadly) a Stovax Stockton 8 stove. Stovax have been in the business for a long time and- I thought- had a good reputation. The airwash control is very hard to move when the stove is hot...
Anyway...
...the door glass broke within 2 weeks of installation (My bill for installation to current regs was over £3000 by the way.) A small crack became a complete horizontal break. I worried that it was unsafe.
When you register the warranty Stovax advise "you will also receive the highest level of after-sales customer care" by using an approved installer -but this customer wasn't impressed.
The installer advised a week after I sent the requested photo, that Stovax was out of stock. Naturally I asked when it would be available, but as no reply seemed forthcoming, I contacted Stovax directly -found out the glass was unavailable until 'most likely' end of January. 2 months -but not guaranteed as they had 'no lead in times' available.
Installer -who seemed annoyed that I was annoyed at having to chase this- finally agreed they would cut the glass themselves and fit. (The obvious solution).
It seems customers now have to chase things themselves nowadays to get the promised service.

Dreadful. Worst valuation of the few I've asked. Valuer clearly not interested in my property whereas others discussed how they'd market it. He rushed, (couldn't find my property so clearly didn't do his homework) and heavily hinted that he was too busy. Valuation was what I expected but was not confirmed in writing. I think maybe he detected my antipathy...

Couldn't sort a problem so threatened me with an inactivity fee!

Paypal USED to be good. You could contact them easily and have a problem sorted out quickly and efficiently. Not any more.
I couldn't access statements via their 'activity' menu -for WEEKS. I tried 4 times to sort this out via several methods -customer service completely useless and it was difficult to make them understand the problem, even after ages explaining -then when I finally reached technical help, they cut me off. Today they threatened to charge me an 'Inactivity fee' so I closed the account. They are supposed to be a 'financial service' -far from it - unreliable and unprofessional. AVOID

Can't sort a problem (which is theirs) and fob you off.

Paypal used to be good if you had a problem. Straight through to an advisor who would sort any problem.
Not now. I was told weeks ago that there was a problem with my account and when it was sorted they would let me know. Nada. Nothing. I have now tried 4 times by various methods to get it put right. Each time I have to spend an age explaining to 'customer service' what the problem is - then I get a survey "how did we do?". You can guess what the replies were.
This is supposed to be a financial 'service'?

Can't deliver as promised, then misleads you.

Useless company who mislead you. First delivery attempt the driver couldn't find my address, so when i looked at tracking it gave a phone number to leave 'more information'. It doesn't work, you can't leave any message. None of their other numbers on the website let you speak to a person, so useless asking for more info.
So I sent a map and directions via email which they acknowledged and rearranged delivery date/time.
Second delivery the driver didn't bother -I was in. Got a 'sorry to miss you' message and a third date. I gave them my contact number. They messaged me -they couldn't deliver at all on this third date.
I chased. They then appeared to change their mind and gave me a time. Then a message repeating they couldn't deliver today. No delivery during time slot given, no test message or email to say whether late or just not happening. Shocking to mislead a customer this way...I don't believe the positive reviews here at all.

Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this company at all costs.
JUST customer 'service' employees clearly aren't taught how the tax system works - something which is basic to customer services dealing with pensions and savings I'd have thought.
When I asked JUST why they are deducting tax from my Annuity (spotted when I received my P60) whereas my other provider doesn't, I received an unhelpful letter from JUST telling me to go to HMRC to sort it. They advised on their letter "If you'd like to talk about this....we'd be happy to help". So I did, expecting a more thorough explanation of this anomaly, but all customer 'services' could do was repeat the P60 figures (which I already knew of course), and to contact HMRC. (Also mumbled about the amount of tax each month -not what I was asking about).
So, NO HELP whatsoever.
Do not use them. Frankly, I don't even trust them now if this lack of knowledge is typical.
(PS: spent half an hour hanging on to HMRC and no response...)
