Welcome to private, commercial health 'care'.

I had a previous eye problem and was told by Specsavers at the time that I should have advised them, rather going to A&E. So... I visited them after a problem suddenly occurred. I found they were unable to help, with no spare capacity to deal with emergencies; they called other branches who were also unable to help, so they told me me to attend A&E -over 15 miles away. They advised that they had "other emergencies" taking up their capacity on that day -even if true, I recognise a commercial decision when I hear one. They have undercut and driven out other opticians in the town, so it's reduced healthcare choice in the area.

DO NOT USE- they have no customer 'care'. They are cheap for a reason!

Parcel not delivered because customer failed to advise of new address. I ws advised that the parcel would be returned to me in approx six weeks. After several weeks of emails/chat/ using Resolver, I am still being asked to provide information which they already have...as far as I can see they mess you around rather than deal wit the problem, and there is NO continuity in dealing with your case -standard (irrelevant) emails asking standard (irrelevant) emails etc etc are sent in an effort to put you off.

Parcel not returned and response deliberately designed to discourage you in following up.

Parcel sent to customers old address,so not delivered. I was promised it would be returned in approx 6 weeks. Waited longer before chasing up. I have been doing battle with them for several weeks via chat/email/ Resolver -and they keep asking more and more questions for which they already have the answers -and I am getting stupid, standard emails from customer 'care' which doesn't (care). No continuity regarding solving my case.
They are cheap, but for a reason. Basically they DON'T care.
DO NOT USE.

Let down by courier

Let down by courier. TNT mis-delivered the parcel, which I realised by checking the tracking link. The address was very clear, so no excuses for TNT. I contacted Staples who said they would look into it. Fortunately the recipient contacted me as my'phone no. was on the label. I then contacted Staples to let them know where it was, and they arranged for redelivery; consequently I did not receive it until 4 days past the due delivery date.

Good product and price

Good products (clamps and foam brushes) let down by poor performance by Parcelfarce, who returned it to depot 3 times and lied about attempting delivery...perhaps Rutlands would consider using another, better, courier.

Damaged goods

The price was good and the metal shed delivered more quickly than stated on the website. However some of the parts had been badly damaged and were unusable, but had still been packaged in the box. Customer service responded immediately, but I have been waiting over a week for replacements.
