Blinds fit perfectly

Blinds fit perfectly. bought the electric ones, usb recharable battery seems to last forever. I'll likely have forgotten where i put the usb cable by the time i have to use it. in hindsight I should have bought the remote to go with it, rather than just rely on my phone app.

They have my parcel just 16 miles away

They have my parcel just 16 miles from my premises since Thursday morning 14th August. today 11:30 am Tuesday 19th August, Not out for delivery. When the van guys do deliver they are fine. Sack the Management.

I shouldn't need to call you . Hold in queue. God forbid the same length of time I wait for my package. Just deliver it, I gave you the details.
Update 20th
message on 18th, " 16:24 - Mon Aug 18
We're sorry, we're not able to deliver your parcel today, but we will deliver it on the next working day."
Well Then you Failed on that one too.
Have you ever heard of, Going the Extra Mile. Im still waiting for you to go the first one from the Delivery depot.

ArrowXL were very good

ArrowXL were very good. However your onward carrier let you down, holding my package just 18 miles away, from its final destination on 10 July until delivery on 29th.

Pathetic

Already 2 Days passed delivery. Was advised delivery on 16th or 17th

Had the misfortune to have XDP used on me previously
That took from 23rd May to 11th June last year.

Any company that uses XDP I will not buy from in the future.

I am on my knees Begging companies who are think of using XDP ... DON'T.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Rather than just sending out my order, They contacted me to ensure it was the right door springs, as it was, I did need a left and right and not two identical as I'd ordered. I couldn't believe the speed of delivery. I was expecting to be still waiting for them at the time of writing this, yet they are both already installed and working good. No hesitation on 5 stars . I'd give 6 if i could.

The price offered is always a little…

The price offered is always a little lower than you will be made to believe on the online valuation. As this was my 4th time using them, I knew that and took it into account. The guy evaluating and explaining the procedures was accurate in all he said.
At the end of the day it all comes down to money and I got 99% of my expectaions.

Delivery is Hit and Miss

Delivery is pathetic. put in three orders 9 days ago. One delivered. One sitting at the Collection depot for 6 days, still there. The other still not despatched.
When ordered All were supposed to be in stock.

Thank you for replying to my review, it wasn't a complaint on delivery, it was a review of the business, which in comparison to others I deal with, You have a very slow delivery schedule.

However you are not going to make your delivery dates, going by your tracking system. One order still sits in the collection depot and has been there since 23rd May. Maybe it will turn up and the tracking is faulty, the other order is due to arrive tomorrow, it hasn't yet been dispatched. Given all that is going on it looks like there is a cash flow problem in the company and no one will deal with you unless its cash up front. As I don't work with Visa. I guess its going to be my loss. I will up date this review if I ever get my stuff.
Update : 10th June. Phoned Wayfair, They replied until 10 days are past the expected delivery date they will do nothing. I don't think I'll ever buy anything from them again. Now been in transit 17days by XDP express. Why use third rate delivery companies when it negatively impacts on your own company ? Update 12th June. E-mail from Wayfair. it's in transit give it another 10 days before you get itn touch. I responded. " Yes there is something you can help me with.

Why did they upset me saying it Was Delivered. ?
I would like an explanation for the length of time it has taken and also for lying about its delivery

Update: 16/06/24 On reflection I have put Wayfair from 1 to 4. The problem here is with XDP delivery 1 star removed as ultimately Wayfair is responsible in part who they use. and XDP on Reviews have around the lowest reviews one will ever see. Wayfair have been mucked around withm as i have. and Wayfair have now sent out another replacement. No tracking yet, but hopefully using another carrier.

Fantastic

Fantastic. just put in the detais, and up comes a far better quote on motor insurance than the renewal policy. Don't let those car insurance companies take more than they deserve. £100 cheaper switching from Admiral to Churchill. but beware some quotes don't include windscreen cover.

12 Days they have had my package

12 Days they have had my package. Still Not moved from its last scanned location 8 days ago. No explanation given.
Update: Phoned DX yesterday. My package would be on its way now, Well still no sign that it has moved an inch. Now 14 days in transit. Easter weekend Now so having it for the Birthday present on the 31st is well blown Thanks for nothing. I suppose I can show them a picture their bike.
17 Days Now Still Waiting.
Phoned DX. again. Got the same message as last week, it will be delivered on Friday.
What a useless company. This has been my first experience of DX and hopefully my last,
I will not buy goods from any company who use them.

No Cash Back

Bought a 1.4x extender on the promise of £100 cash back. Claim ref 5928289. Last I heard from them was " We will be in touch in 3 to 5 days, that was 3 weeks ago. No got it yet, Not going to to get it. Will never buy another Canon product. Wont do business will an untrustworthy unreliable company.

A tracking system that tells you…

A tracking system that tells you nothing. pointless. Update. Dell replied to me on this and gave a vital piece of information. Who the local courier was DHL. Phoned them they had it So I was able to drive to their depot and pick the item up. Thank you Dell.

Abysmal

Abysmal. Don't expect any packages to arrive Soon. it has taken them 5 days to post out a 1.4 extender. and its going to tale even longer for it to Arrive from Denmark. They even include the trick on the day ordered that it's posted to prevent you cancelling. all they have done is create a lable with UPS. It's Not UPS fault that is late arriving. Canon just wont give them the package. so Now its 6 days UPS are still waiting for it. If you want Canon goods Go to a High street shop.
