Shaky start but corrected swiftly
I ordered the Canon R8 and Lens from Nextdaycamera for my upcoming holiday after reading good reviews about it.
I would have gave 5 stars however I was sent a camera bag I didn’t ordered and contacting early afternoon all day with no answer or reply.
The next day however I received a very kind and sincere apology for the picking error in the warehouse and the camera and lens were dispatched immediately.
Avoid – fraudulent behavior and zero communication
I ordered a Nikon camera from Nextdaycamera.co.uk, which was never delivered. The package was returned to the seller, but they completely ignored all my refund requests.
When I opened a case with PayPal, the seller provided a false tracking number to make it appear that my order had been delivered. That tracking number referred to a second delivery containing a cheap camera case, which I received from them but had never ordered.
The seller refuses to respond to any of my emails. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller entirely and purchasing from a reputable store instead.
Fantastic experience
Price I paid was £600 cheaper than anywhere else I could find (with a UK location). Lens arrived within 24 hours, which I had not totally expected. After online purchase, there were quick updates and tracking information provided via email to receipt of the item. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, if you check out any negative reviews, they do respond so it's worthy to take note they follow up on feedback. After digging around on the reviews - like most people do I guess - I could only see issues with "slightly" delayed delivery, checked out the company who are UK based. Thank you Next Day Camera Staff - you're great!

SCAM BUSINESS
Ordered my camera for next day on tuesday last week before 4pm. As stated on their website for next day but still havent got it and almost been a week. Was told it will come on saturday and still not got it. Fake business, full of lies, scam, poor customer service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I ordered a Canon G7X Mark II
I ordered a Canon G7X Mark II. Their website promises next-day UK delivery, but this is completely misleading.
From the very first day, I told them clearly: if the order cannot arrive before August 11, cancel it. I repeated this multiple times by email. They ignored my instructions, ignored my emails, and shipped the order anyway.
The parcel ended up being delivered after my deadline and not even to me – it was handed to the flat owner, because I had already left. When I asked for a refund, they continued to ignore me and only replied to say “when it was delivered,” completely dodging my request.
This company:
• Lies about next-day delivery.
• Ignores customer emails.
• Ships orders even when you clearly ask them to cancel.
• Refuses to process refunds.
Now I have to go through my bank to get my money back, because they don’t respect their own policies or their customers.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are dishonest, unreliable, and have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Recent experience - Nikon Z6 III etc
General online search on Tuesday evening for the Nikon Z6 III search threw up Next Day Cameras. Browsed the site generally and the Z6 III camera body etc and various options, yada yada yada, in particular and settled on the Z6 III + Z 24-70mm f/4 S Lens + FTZ II Mount Adapter + KamKorda 72mm Lens Filter Kit = grand total of £2,323.00 - at 8.30pm, too late for next day delivery, but paid in full there and then. Rang them the morning after to request they advise a delivery tracking number so I could make sure to be available but was answerphone, so, left message and phone number requesting same. Nothing forthcoming, so rang again the morning of supposed delivery but just the same. Decided (belatedly) to have a nosy on Trustpilot and some of the early reviews were somewhat disheartening to say the least, but the latest ones seemed largely OK, so wait and see - judgement reserved. Eleven o'clock that morning (Thursday) and DPD knocked - it was here. Unpacked, battery in - and nothing - presumed battery discharged. Plugged the charger lead into the camera body and still nothing - so conclusion was either a duff battery or a duff camera. Ordered a battery plus charger off Amazon which arrived the following morning - battery into camera and bingo. Stuck the original battery into the charger and gave it 10 minutes, then into the camera & worked a treat. The issue with the charger lead seems to be that the charging light doesn't immediately illuminate - it takes about 10 seconds or so - that and the flat battery explains everything - I hope this last bit of info may help someone else.
My conclusion is this: no.1: the service from NDC was (quietly) excellent - they did what it said on the tin, and you can't really ask for much more than that - no.2: the price was really good - hence the purchase. And the 'killer' no.3: would I either use them again or recommend them? - a resounding yes and yes. Am I a 'happy chappie' - I guess so...
(this review, by the way, was neither elicited nor requested - however, in the unlikely event that NDC may elect to reward me with a Z 180-600mm lens by way of thanks, then I would gladly accept... :) GD out...)
Saved the birthday!
I thought I’d found a great camera through a store that sold via Amazon, what a disaster. Needless to say, my daughter’s birthday present was eventually marked as “lost.”
Then I discovered NEXTDAY, and they were absolutely fantastic. From order to delivery, they were fast, efficient, and reliable, even managing to deliver over a long weekend! Their customer service was outstanding at every level.
They truly saved the day and the birthday! I will be recommending NEXTDAY to all my friends and colleagues.

Registered the camera with Canon UK with no issues. Bought for a great price all ready for our family holiday.

Beware: grey market products with invalid warranties
I paid £1,146 for a Canon EOS 90D camera from ‘Next Day Camera’, a website operated by Middleton Hill Limited. There were repeated delays in dispatching the item. When it finally arrived, it was unable to read any of the SD-cards I inserted, all of which work with other cameras. As a result, it was completely UNUSABLE.
The seller refused a refund, claiming I had missed the deadline. This was UNTRUE: his website promises a ‘14-day no-quibble refund’ and I requested a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
Eventually, the seller allowed me to return the camera but then accused me of damaging it, claiming that all the cameras he sells come direct from the manufacturer. I did not damage the camera: it never worked from my first attempt to use it, and I took photos to prove I was returning it in the same condition I received it.
The seller put me under pressure to accept a replacement and threatened to return the faulty camera if I refused. I do not believe that legitimate companies pressurise customers in this way. This is a common tactic of scammers.
When the replacement arrived, the serial number on the box did not match the serial number on the camera. I contacted Canon and asked them to check the serial numbers.
Canon confirmed the following:
The seller is not one of their approved vendors.
For both cameras, the serial numbers on the boxes are completely FAKE.
Both cameras are GREY PRODUCTS never intended for sale in the UK. Grey products are ‘goods sold outside the authorized distribution channels by entities which have no relationship with the producer of the goods.’ This means they have been brought into the country without the safeguards and assurances that brand-new products would have, potentially exposing them to damage.
Because the cameras were not intended for the UK market, the warranties are NOT VALID for the UK.
Both cameras have 'UK Conformity Assessed’ printed on the identification plate. This should not be present on cameras not intended for the UK market. Therefore, Canon suspects that the identification plates have been falsified by a third party. This potentially means that both cameras were counterfeit.
The seller claims that all the cameras he sells are ‘brand new’ and ‘supplied with 2 year UK warranties’. The evidence from Canon suggests that these claims are FALSE.
According to Citizens’ Advice, both cameras were sold misleadingly because the seller provided ‘wrong information about the product or service’ and ‘kept important information about the product or service hidden’. Citizens’ Advice informed me that I'm entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. They also advised me to report the seller to National Trading Standards and Action Fraud, which I’ve done.
Companies House records show that Middleton Hill Limited (company number 09942502) has had NO EMPLOYEES in the past five years at least and its ‘registered office address’ is the seller’s PRIVATE HOUSE.
If you've ever bought camera equipment from this company, I would urge you to check whether the serial number on the box matches the serial number on the item. I also recommend contacting the manufacturer and asking them to check the serial numbers for you. If the item proves to be a grey product, you have the option to report Middleton Hill Limited to Citizens' Advice, National Trading Standards and Action Fraud.
In reply to the seller's response: I did not damage the camera. It did not work upon arrival. Canon examined the serial number and confirmed that the camera is a grey product never intended for sale in the UK. Therefore warranty is invalid for the UK, contrary to the seller's claims.

Awful experience
I ordered a canon r7 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. The communication from this company is very poor and the telephone rings until it goes to an answerphone, which requests you to leave details of which company you are ringing for. I’ve now requested PayPal to intervene. I would never use this company again.

It is not even close to next day delivery service. Order placed on Thursday night get posted on Monday?
A very bad communication. Phone number provided is for some kind of HUB not to the shop, only answerphone as well. Not reacting to requests in emails… simply stuck in XIX century when customers didn’t have any choice.
