ordered an expensive laptop on the 8th July, it was shipped on the 9th July. Dell informs me that tracking will be availiable 24 hours after package shipped. its now the 14th July and the tracking infomation has not updated states still awaiting package to warehouse. I am a little concerned as Its a very expensive laptop. It does state it will be with me on the 18th July but since there no tracking infomation it leaves me a little concerned. Dell state its with a local courier already??

Lack of transparency & slow delivery

Syncreon has not processed the order by their warehouse (today is 17th, the delivery, still same status)
Delivery date was updated by a day in the syncreon tracking, no communication to me whatsover about why is that the case
EDIT: After my complaint on the 17th June, I was contacted by support within 1 hour and they informed me in detail about the status of my delivery.
18th June: Delivery was then delivered by DHL and with working tracking.
I am changing my rating to 3 stars. The tracking of Syncreon was unreliable, but the customer support following the delay was very good & delivery was delivered the next day.

I bought an Alienware desktop for £2500 and the tracking info with dell says it’s been shipped but the website for this company has not been updated and says they haven’t even got it so I spoke to dell and they said it has definitely been shipped so at the moment I don’t know where my computer is or who has it but it’s supposed to be this company and all they are doing is pushing my delivery date back

Horrific delivery service. I don’t understand why Dell use them. I ordered an Alienware laptop from Dell. Then informed by Dell’s tracking that it should have been delivered TODAY! (4th June)! Yet when I try to use Syncreon/ DP World’s tracking it’s not been updated. They state they haven’t even received it at the warehouse and that estimated delivery is the 12!!! Absolutely appalling. You’d think when you spend so much money with a company that you could at least trust it to be delivered on time but no. It’s not even like you can buy Alienware anywhere else.

I have an ETA date of 12/05 for a Alienware area-51 Laptop. The DP World tracking tells me that it's not even in their warehouse. I have no idea if I need to take a day of work to receive this item. The tracking date hasn't been updated for days.

Ordered a laptop from Dell a week ago. Delivery date was supposed to be today, the tracking code I have for DP World / Syncreon says they still haven't even received it at their warehouse yet the day it is supposed to arrive.
No way to contact Syncreon is given directly so contact Dell through customer support who call them on my behalf and confirm that there is going to be a delay and delivery has to be rescheduled for Monday - another 3 days wait.
This is an unacceptable level of poor customer service and based on all of the other reviews something that is happening routinely!
If there is going to be a delay then let the customer know in advance so they can plan around it. If you cant meet the deadlines that YOU give me then just tell me what they are actually going to be instead of offering false hope

Item marked as 'not received' despite Dell having handed it to them. Delivery claimed to be 4th April, then the 7th, now the 8th. This delivery is very time sensitive for me so the lack of clarity is not appreciated.
EDIT: Order still marked as 'Your order has not yet been received by our warehouse' as of the 31st March.

I recently ordered a dell laptop and I asked to work from home in order to pick it up on the day I was told it would arrive. I received very little communication about the delivery of the laptop and ultimately it did not arrive. This was the only day I was available this week to receive the laptop. Since then it still has not arrived and I am now concerned about when the delivery is ultimately going to arrive. I have not been able to select a delivery date or receive any information on what time in the 9 to 6 window I can pick up the laptop. I am surprised the delivery service is so poor as the product I ordered was expensive, and due to the experience I have had I am anxious about the delivery and am wondering when/what day my product will arrive (I probably won’t even be in)

worst ever delivery service. zero tracking information neither on the Dell website, neither on syncreon's DP world partner's website, still I received an email that I can expect delivery tomorrow between 8:00 and 18:00 ? What kind of time window is that? I understand the final delivery is made by DHL. Why can't I get a DHL tracking number then?

Completely useless. Tracking is useless. Zero information since driver was 'unable to locate address', which is impossible, which was 4 days ago. Absolutely no way to contact anyone. Worst delivery company ever

Delivery was delayed by three or four days (after Dell told me of original delivery date), then attempted but no record of how to contact DP World to establish a new delivery time / date. Cannot contact them at all. Complete joke and not up to standards expected of Dell.

Ordered a very expensive laptop for business uses. Dell emailed saying it has shipped about 4 days ago but the tracking on the DP World tracker doesn't even state they've recieved it.
I really need this laptop soon or I'll have to cancel the order and get one from a different company.

Made an order on the 18th which was supposed to be delivered on the 19th. The tracking says it’s in some depot somewhere with no additional information. I don’t know why Dell keeps using them

I ordered a monitor from Dell on 1st December 24 and they sent me an email saying it will be delivered on 4th so I took a day off from work but no delivery came. I then took the next day off but no delivery. It is now 7th dec Saturday and I am waiting at home but no delivery. I made a complaint to customer service for Dell and advised them to use another courier company. This is wrong. I took 3 days holiday for nothing.

Why on earth would I have to contact Dell about the order's delivery? I took a day off just to wait for the order to arrive as it was clearly stated on the tracking webpage that the laptop will due to arrive on Dec. 5th. And only to find out that my delivery will be delayed for no reason. What's more ridiculous about this situation is that, on Dell's website, the courier was the one to be blamed for the delay. Worst courier I have ever experienced.

Similar to other people,ordered my pc last week, syncreons tracking still hasnt updated its website saying the shipment hasnt processed. Was only on dells website that it said that it arrived at pickup yesterday but with no update on delivery date.

I'm expecting a delivery tomorrow (29/11/2024) of a PC that cost almost two grand. I'm quite anxious for its arrival, but the last update on Dell was on the 26th (stating 'actual pickup'), and the provided tracking information to Syncreon is telling me the package has not been processed by the warehouse.
Considering it's due tomorrow, and considering all the other reviews here, I can't help but be gravely concerned as to where my PC is and the complete lack of information does not help. I can only ask: Where the heck is my PC?
Update: Received an email from Syncreon claiming it's now due tomorrow (29/11/2024) between 8am and 6pm. Syncreon's website still says "Your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse." So still no clear details.
