Ordered some products online, e-mail received 2nd Dec order has been dispatched. courier is DPD. This is the 10th December still not received. Now I remember why it has been years since I last ordered from them on-line. pathetic. I never have a problem with companies who use Royal Mail.

No problems with order and arrived within expected delivery time. Will use this company again.

Ordered product, They sent it straight away and I got it sooner than expected, Will certainly use " Toolstop " in the future.

Ordered a Galaxy S7 edge on 18/05/2016 with a dispatch 2-5 working days. This is the 08/06/2016. Still waiting dispatch. I am convinced they have no stock, their stock balance alters each day. A figment of imagination. This is purely to get more suckers to place orders and send their money. If one cancels it takes a month to have that money repaid. and so my imagination runs riot ( like their virtual stock balance) Are they lending out the money they take in (as a money lender ) and fob us all off for as long as possible? Whatever it is, they aren't telling me the truth, as every day, I'm told it will be sent in a couple of days. I'd love to hear from anyone who does know.

3 weeks have passed and still I have Not recieved my order. They dont reply To any e-mails sent. and they fob you off on the phone. I asked for my money back ,which they promised to do. but I'm still waiting.
