They will ignore your claim
Put in an online claim to get thing moving expected some advice at least on return. But not a word or acknowledgement in over a week.im expecting the undertakers bill any day now. Update : 24/05/2023
Phoned in and it was promply answered. Was informed it takes 10 days for them to send me out a form which i have to fill in and send back. So what was the point of thinking it was done online, when I asked why no feedback by return e-mail advising the process or timescales, I was informed they don't do e-mails. So sit back and wait, wish I could remove that one star to zero. Update 31/05/2023 phoned chasing up. guess what I'm told that forms are being sent out today. if I hadn't phoned I'd still be thinking thay had already posted them as I had been told a week ago and its obvious they wouldn't be sent out today. You will have to pester the life out of these people to get anywhere, don't trust them Pester them
