They will ignore your claim

Put in an online claim to get thing moving expected some advice at least on return. But not a word or acknowledgement in over a week.im expecting the undertakers bill any day now. Update : 24/05/2023
Phoned in and it was promply answered. Was informed it takes 10 days for them to send me out a form which i have to fill in and send back. So what was the point of thinking it was done online, when I asked why no feedback by return e-mail advising the process or timescales, I was informed they don't do e-mails. So sit back and wait, wish I could remove that one star to zero. Update 31/05/2023 phoned chasing up. guess what I'm told that forms are being sent out today. if I hadn't phoned I'd still be thinking thay had already posted them as I had been told a week ago and its obvious they wouldn't be sent out today. You will have to pester the life out of these people to get anywhere, don't trust them Pester them

Initially I was Dubious about using my phone for banking but decided to overcome my fears and give it a try. It's been great. Easily moving cash from one account to the other in seconds Enables me to use my interest account paying 1.5% at the moment as if it was a current account by just moving cash to the card when required.

Waiting delivery of parcel, it is still processing at Hub, now 5 days. Toolstation will now only be used as a last resort.

From first contact to picking up the car Autoebid kept in contact with me, always asking if there was anything I required. Very pleased with the whole Autoebid experience. Took the £99 package which was refunded on the garage invoice.

walllights being shipped from China

walllights being shipped from China, now almost 3 weeks, stuck in customes at Heathrow. and now I find I have more to pay, not only did I pay 22 pounds for delivery Royal mail also want more on top of the customs charges. wish I hadn't bothered.
Update: 14/10/2017
I initially gave this one star due to the above reasons, (Now chnaged to 4 Stars ) the wall lights arrived today, have been checked and are good quality and well thought out, well packed and arrived in good condition. Customs added VAT which was OK. but Royal mail added another £11 for dealing with customs, so delivery amounts to £33.00
Still a good buy and delighted to have chosen them.
